Pool umbrellas leave a lot to be desired. Employees are awesome and the food was very good. Blueberry muffins were great Difficult to get umbrellas on the beach. Beach was great better with an umbrella. Internet was sketchy at best. Best access was inthe office

We love this little resort. We're in our 80's, so the simplicity is perfect for us. Our unit had been recently renovated with new paint, decor, linens, cookware. It was lovely. Only a quick walk to the clear blue-green water. Easy to get in and out of the surf, with easy snorkeling. The one restaurant has very good food.

- [ ] No activities for kids - [ ] DVD player broken-asked for 1, was told there are no more on resort - [ ] No supplies given-coffee, filters, seasoning - [ ] A HUGE RAT in room - [ ] POOR WIFI ON RESORT-didn’t work in rooms-had to sit in welcome center - [ ] Old and not well kept resort. Swim up bar in repair, restaurant was closed - [ ] Bathroom in poor shape-tub knob rotted off - [ ] Doorknob missing in bathroom - Patio door handle broken - [ ] Wouldn’t provide room service for supplies - [ ] Coffee shop opens at 9:30am with very limited products that were there for days. - [ ] Can’t open balcony door-stuck closed

No internet in rooms have go bar outside. Beds- body sinks into middle even using extra pillows. Rent a car if staying. THOugh lots of Sargassum on beach, water was clean & not crowded. Hotel staff try to keep it clean and lifeguard on duty(which is great if you snorkeling) - only swim in dark areas in water (lots iof grass, bleached coral, fishes, and sea urchin)

Island Seas which at one time was a wonderful resort has become a vacation nightmare. Units decaying, multiple room issues with resort workers that don’t care. Beach looks seaweed heaven and not welcoming. Pools were cloudy and obvious as to why nobody was using them. Workers at the resort were provided better units than they set for a paying guest. Grand Bahaha island is a great place to visit just never staying again at Island Seas!

Our family chose Island Seas Resort to gather to celebrate the past life of a loved one and Yvette, Lulu, Lexie and the rest made sure we were taken care of. Through this sad time, we found solace in knowing that they weren’t just about the money, they cared and for that we’re grateful. Thanks always Island Seas resort.

Let’s just say we will NOT be going back there. First, there was no WIFI during our entire stay. There was an apologetic notice but the issue was never resolved during our stay. Due to internet issues, the restaurant was very limited in services they could offer. Basically, served only 2 items on their menu. The place looks run down and not well maintained. They were under staffed-bartender was working the kitchen in the restaurant also. This made service very slow. Granted we were on the ground floor but to see cockroaches in the closets and bathrooms was absolute unacceptable. The television in the rooms were faulty-so static we could not see what was happening while trying to watch Jurassic World. The whole ‘luxury vacation vibe’ was dead. There were just a handful of vacationers and their so called evening activities was a laughing stock. Shared our concerns with management and we are still yet to be compensated. Our time and opportunity to create a family memory is lost but hopefully we can get some kind of financial compensation for all expense we incurred trying to make this a memorable family vacation.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, clean, large rooms with full kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Some fun activities onsite. The most beautiful beach on the island with towels, chairs and umbrellas provided with a restaurant, bar and pool nearby. Not the fanciest accommodations but will suffice for an island vacation. Not a highly commercialized area
