The riverside trail is long and suitable for cycling and walking. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people gathered along the way, so avoid walking this trail alone or after dark."

"The rooms/facilities seem a bit dated and with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are a bit small and soft. If you get assigned a room on ground level, ask if you have natural light. The first room I was given had no real window - only frosted glass (probably an interior room) which made the room incredibly dark like a dungeon. After voicing this concern to the front desk, they swapped me for another room but I had to wait until that room was ready. They're currently updating their elevators so hopefully that will improve speed and efficiency for guests. Location is good; right across the street from the Convention Centre and nearby shops, restaurants, bars. And on the path by the water which is a great way to walk and explore the surroundings."
