The hotel is at the central. The room is very cozy and very clean. The front desk man is very friendly and helpful. He guided us to the room despite of the wet weather when we arrived. The room come with small kitchen with microwave oven and mini fridge. Enough to cook simple dish. Highly recommend to those travel to Fanz Josef

Wonderful, very clean hotel and excellent customer service. Alan is very friendly and provided some extra needful information which helps us to get through Fox Glacier. I always recommend this hotel.

Very friendly owners and pleasant stay. Room is also equipped with a kitchen for cooking. Parking is right outside your room, which is really convenient!
