Great location, close to shops and train station. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. From the exceptional reception staff (we saw three different ladies each day and all of them were superb) to the housekeeping staff, they went above and beyond. Apartment included tea and coffee and all cooking utensils, the WiFi was decent, longer video calls could be challenging though. Would stay again. Thanks so much.

有浴缸 很乾凈 服務好 但沒有電梯 搬箱子上樓下樓非常悲催 進門後門沒法反鎖 沒有安全感 房間與大堂不在一起 要走很遠 啊開車的話推行李有點累

You can trust any Quest Property will be quality and the Quest Frankston (Nepean Hwy) lives up to their name. The Apartment is massive with plenty of space in the living toom, study, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Frankston Central is about 5 min drive away and walking tracks through some residential streets and parklands are nearby. The location is safe but exercise caution whether you're walking or driving on Nepean Highway. Behind the Quest Property there are parklands and playgrounds to have a leisurely stroll. If you would like to order or dine on some food, there are plenty of choices in Frankston Central to choose from. TIP: If you're here for work or business, Officeworks Frankston is only about a 5 minute walk up the road.

I would not recommend this accomodation. The apartment was not clean. Basic cleaning such as picking up rubbish was missed. Dirty washing was left in the machine. No TV in the living room, just the remote and aerial cable. This was rectified the next day but it seemed to be a bit of a hassle to the staff. We do not recommend.
