The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! From the room, the food, ease of use, and especially the staff!! Sarena (the manager) personally meet w us at our table. She made sure all of our needs were met. Our server, Jeff, was outstanding!! The total experience was 5 star. Thank you so much for making the end of our vacation perfect!!

An extremely well run facility, with friendly, courteous, professional, customer oriented staff. But the accommodations are design more for aesthetics than for comfort and function. For instance, the only storage found in a double queen room was two small drawers in a closet. And there was really no comfortable place to sit. And no working desk with a power outlet. The only place to sit in the room is a small, very uncomfortable,4 foot long sofa.

We stopped in to grab Breakfast at McGavock’s. So wonderful. Valets Cy and Sohum were so friendly and we got rockstar parking. I had the Cuban which was really thoughtfully prepared. My son had a traditional Cap and delicious egg and cheese bagel. Sitting outside in the rocking chairs and strolling over to the antique shop, great morning.

Our team recently used The Harpeth as our home base while hosting a large executive event at nearby Southall, and the support we received from the staff truly made all the difference. We encountered a few early challenges with our room block, but the front desk team immediately stepped in with so much care and patience. Autumn, especially, went above and beyond — she sat with my colleague and I for well over an hour, walking through every confirmation number and making sure each member of our group was fully taken care of. Her kindness, thoroughness, and genuine desire to help made a world of difference and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Throughout the week, we continued to experience that same exceptional level of hospitality. The valet team, especially Benjamin and Timothy, recognized our team instantly each day, helped us with parking, and were incredibly generous with their time as we loaded and unloaded boxes for our event. The sales team, Kimberly and Mollie, handled an unexpected influx of packages with such grace, and Natalee and Susan at the front desk were consistently warm and helpful anytime we needed something. And Jason from the food and beverage team even jumped in to help us track down some missing boxes. While our week was centered around a major event, the Harpeth team made all the behind-the-scenes logistics feel so much easier and lighter. We’re genuinely grateful for the care, responsiveness, and above-and-beyond effort from so many people — with a very special appreciation for Autumn, whose support truly anchored the entire experience.

What an amazing experience from the moment we pulled up. The ambiance is incredible, check-in smooth and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Our dinner at 1799 was delicious and the service was top notch. The recommendations from Serena were spot on and our server Jeff was very engaging. We can’t wait to come back. In fact we stayed on Sunday before driving to see friends and decided to spend our last night In Tennessee back at The Harpeth Downtown Franklin Curio Hilton spoke nice we enjoyed our stay so much.

The Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were even better. We had a small problem and Lauren with Guest Services took care of the problem the first night and it was great. Way to go Lauren! We loved the hotel, the staff, everything. Right in downtown Franklin and we will certainly go back.
