Here on a girls trip. Best part of our experience was a couple staff members. Lainey at the bar was FANTASTIC! Kind, friendly, and fun and can make a great drink!! Autumn was also super helpful and courteous, always wanting to correct wrongs and make us feel welcome. Customer service was excellent except for bar manager. No customer service whatsoever!

Great bartender at the Harpeth! Laney was accommodating, patient and creative! She made my experience unforgettable with her laughter and ability to cater to many guests yet make me feel like the only one in the bar! Highly recommend a visit!

Had an accidental staycation and it was incredible! Autumn was so sweet and knowledgeable. We were craving sweets and she had cookies sent to our room even though the kitchen was closed! Truly a great experience and we can’t wait to be back.

My stay at the Harpeth was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s in the perfect location for exploring downtown Franklin! Our room was very comfortable and clean, and I was a huge fan of having a full length mirror! The lobby and bar area has such a great vibe, and the cocktails were delicious. The courtyard area is beautiful and such a great spot to relax. I will definitely stay at the Harpeth again next time I come to Franklin!

Susan and Autumn helped us to celebrate our 60th anniversary. They were so kind and accommodating! Those girls really know how to treat seniors and make them feel special.
