All is ok , but i stay at ground level and at the night up level walking nosise make me up . Breakfast was ok.

Excellent desk people. Helpful and quick to solve issues. Breakfast Buffet is clean and well maintained. Always food available till and beyond shut down time. Fresh fruit, dry cereal, oatmeal choices, breads and bagels, hot meats, egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, yougurt- who could ask for more? Bottled cold water to send your on your day. Last but not least, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available 24/7. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. I like that there is no carpeting in the room. It makes for a clean look and easier to maintain. Having a microwave and refrigerator is great for those leftovers brought back ! This is a great Best Western. We have stayed here for several days at a time in August, September, and October. Looking forward to our November visit.

I had many downtown events, and we stayed here for cost savings. The good news is that it has a nice location (easy to get to from the highway) and friendly staff no matter what time of the day it was. The room had a nice layout, and was clean enough for us (nothing gross). The cost per night was good. Now, for the bad news. The first ... the breakfast was not really that exciting, but since I had to be out the door early, I am glad something was ready prior to the 7 am announced time. There is a Tim Hortons near by, if that is more your style. The worst part, and really not the hotels fault, was the constant noise. For example, it seemed as if the upstairs room paced door to window with heavy footsteps constantly from 8pm to midnight. That alone ... next time, I will be looking into other hotel options.

Good: Very attentive staff in all areas. Nice, well stocked breakfast. Pool was clean and inviting. Shower head was good height. Staff very willing to repeatedly(!) put our cooler ice blocks in big freezer and retrieve them during our stay as needed. More than adequate parking. (Note: even though pool lift had something over it that I took to mean it wasn't operational, manager told me it works but they take its battery out when not in use to keep it from getting wet/wearing out early. Apparently ask at desk for it to be installed if you need it.) Not-so-good: Fridge at max setting only went to 45°. Ok for beverages but would have been a problem if we had brought food or had leftovers.

Nice staff, easy check in and out. Comfortable beds, roomy. The only dislike was the furniture had a strange odor. Mention it to staff while checking out and he said we would definitely check into it. We only stayed overnight but would stay again.

Good stop on our road trip
a quick stay - just passing through - but the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows! Clean room and staff was friendly!
