The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

We reserved a room for IrishFest 2025 for a family trip. We found out last night about a death in the family and all the family cancelled their reservations. Our family was the only one staying in a Hilton (most expensive stay of the group) and the only one that could not receive a refund. They want 5 days notice and will not make an exception due to a death in the family. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and am very disappointed in the lack of understanding or customer service. I will be looking for stays in locations other than Hilton and no longer recommending this hotel chain.

We took a spur of the moment trip to Columbus to visit the zoo and COSI. We spent one night here. Everything was very nice, updated, and clean. The room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. They do serve breakfast but it is not included with your room rate. Save your time and money and do not purchase the breakfast buffet. We decided to do because we had two kids with us and thought it would be quick and convenient. It was $17 per adult and $10 per child. It only had a few items and the pasties were moldy. It was basically the same breakfast you expect to get at any other hotel that is usually included in your room. Overall it is a great hotel and we will likely stay here again on our next trip to Columbus but will plan to grab breakfast elsewhere.

Was awakened by the fire/smoke alarm in room going off several times. went to lobby and spoke with manager who was extremely unconcerned and kept saying it was probably "just a battery". when I persisted he said he would send someone up to look at it. I stayed up until after 1:00 AM waiting and no one showed up. I had difficulty sleeping the rest of the night due to concerns

I would not come back to the this hotel name brand
It is too much noise from upstairs flushing the toilet from downstairs.
And room cleaning has been requested twice a day not completed clean and still same as before
