THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT 4 P.M. AND ALSO TAKE DAY OFF ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. ON NOV. 10TH, 2023 WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL THE DOOR OF HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND SUDDENLY FOUND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT P.M. THEREFORE, I CALLED TEL NO. WHICH HOTEL NOTED AT FRONT DOOR AND SPENT MORE 20 MINTUES TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK

Great for short stay

The actual room is small, and there is a strong ** smell in the corridor and the room There is a bar downstairs. From night till early morning, I could hear The music, as in the video below, is so loud that I can't hear it. Sleep, the front desk on the first floor was empty all day, and I couldn't change rooms

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the company. Self-service check-in is very convenient

The room is a bit small and the area around the hotel is very messy, but the hotel is very safe. This is an apartment, there is no front desk, and there is no place to ask if you encounter any problems. It is suitable for people who stay for a long time.

Located quite central, these apartments are located over some shops and 7 floors. There are both stairs and lifts. We had the fantastic apartment so it had a separate bedroom. The kitchen had toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dish washer and fridge. Sofa is a pull out bed but they had made a separate camping bed which was good. There is some air conditioning there also. We had a cupboard quite big for storing suitcases etc. The tram stops right outside and if you have kids will take you to right outside to zoo. The underground is 5 minutes away. Around the corner is rewe its a small convenience store but Aldi and Lidl are a 15 minute walk. Try Bacco italian restaurant its quite nice right beside rewe. Would stay again with no hesitation.

The hotel was very centrally located, right next to the opera! It's easy to get to anywhere, and the main train station isn't far either. The room is spacious and clean. The blinds don't seem to be working properly. Overall, it's still great.
