Stayed for a short 1 night layover, location was great, near the train station and just 1 stop from the airport. Check in was quick, and the room was great considering the price paid.

New, modern, clean and comfortable bedding. S-Bahn station just behind the hotel. However, due as the place was still maybe new, there was no proper signage directing towards the station.

Service was polite and place was very clean. loved the rituals shower amenities, recommend!

The hotel is virtually next to the train station - one stop from Frankfurt Airport which was great for my connecting flight the next day. The staff are very friendly and professional. Great was that I was able to order some food to take back to my room just before the restaurant closed. I ordered 2 sides which were great value for the money and nicely prepared. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. One thing which was very impractical was the distance between the sink and the mirror which made shaving a challenge. Overall however yi would definitely return.

There is nothing to be waited on from airport hotel. This property was just fine for its value and pricing.

First time encountered double charged. The hotel hold my preauthorization amount at check-in as deposit and direct charged me right upon check-out! It was not found until I saw my bank statement and now, I received 0 response from the hotel.

It was clean and full of space. I did not imagine that our room was not that large. But in the reality, it was large. Also, people who work there were friendly.

Convenient location near the S-bahn station. The room is big enough for 3 adults and 1 child. We arrive at Frankfurt around 6pm and stayed for 1 night at this hotel before we continue our journey.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. Easy to get to and from the airport, and there are a few restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Unfortunately, my stay at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport was disappointing. The room was cold, and I was unable to control the air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. There were no meaningful services available, and the restaurant experience was poor—definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this brand. I stayed here only for a quick overnight layover, and for that purpose, it’s tolerable. However, the worst part was that I accidentally left my phone charger in the room, and despite following up, it was never found. This kind of carelessness—or worse, lack of integrity—is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. I would not stay here again unless I had absolutely no other option.

Very easy location just off train from the airport. Impressed with cleanliness of the room!
