Lack of detail They aspire to be boutique hotel but there are no robes, no art on the room walls, no valet and parking is down the street. Please be aware that Housekeeping is only available with day before notice only. This means if you went out all day on the bourbon trail and expected a cleaned or tidied up room you will be disappointed. You will need to wait to the following day which means 2 days whth no clean towels no coffee pods for the Keurig as my husband and I only received two regular , which of course means no housekeeping means no coffee. Small details in the room are a bit glaring, the unit in the room for the coffee and small refrig is lacking knobs on the bottom of the cabinet with the unfinished locations showing but the top has beautiful brass pulls. The other concerning thing is in the bathrooms they have a small container for tips, cotton balls, etc. I would have expected a foil packet of makeup remover. There was a packet but it was a nail polish remover pad. Good thing I looked or I would have tried to wipe my eyes with it. There are large pump containers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner but they really need to provide a small bar of soap. The bathrooms need better light for us gals applying makeup. Let’s discuss the noise. While train sounds might be nostalgic for some, trains that run right next to the hotel and blare their sirens do not make for a good night sleep. In addition, the walls are paper thin and our room was behind the elevator which we heard chugging each time and had full access to every single conversation from those who were waiting for it. We also could hear conversations in all nearby rooms. The attached restaurant is hit and miss. The bar is lively with great service but the restaurant again lacks details. Many items already out of your dining at seven or later. No salt and pepper on the table and you had to ask for condiments like mustard, etc. They need the following at a minimum. Front desk staff to inform you of the housekeeping policy, etc. I would recommend a manager review all rooms as the carpets in the junior suite areas are fraying, the couch is not comfortable and would recommend two leather club chairs in its place. These are all fixable and while it’s a bit of a dorm experience it has high potential to truly be a luxury level boutique with a bit of work.

Really impressed with this Frankfort gem—it's not a typical chain hotel, but the quality was top-notch. Jason went out of his way to point us to the hotel restaurant and recommended some local bars and spots to check out. Will definitely be back to the hotel and restaurant.

The hotel has a really cool vibe and the beds were great. The only negatives were the walls could have been insulated better (could hear everyone’s doors opening and closing) and there was no comfy chair in the room to sit in

Delegate stay Nice Hotel, Parking is "first come first served" otherwise you walk to a public parking with your luggage, no parking attendant, No phone in room, (they want you to use your cellphone. No ice or microwave in room. Nice clean room, sometimes loud train horn (0330am)!!!!!!! Good location friendly staff and great restaurant. $$$

We had a great experience at the Delegate hotel. It was so cute, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was great. If you are staying in Frankfort, KY, I would highly recommend you try the Delegate Hotel! You would not be disappointed!

This was a very unique hotel!! The young gentleman who checked us in last night (7/30)- I promised I would remember his named- was very professional and patient with me as I called twice for questions!!
