If you checkin late do not let them give you room 131. The plumbing can be heard in the wall all night, staff uses the ice machine in the early hours of the morning and there’s an outside door that is continually slammed. The staff know it is a poor room and leave until last. But they not rent it at all!

We stayed in a double Queen room with a kitchenette and it was the most spacious room we’ve ever had. Everything was clean, the breakfasts were fantastic and there was a complimentary supper on Friday night included as well. It was quiet and welcoming. If we ever go back to Fox Creek, we wouldn’t stay in any other place.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Decor, breakfast, and staff. I always stay here when I’m in Fox Creek (about twice per year). No complaints, I will be back. I definitely recommend this hotel. They guest appreciation meals a couple nights per week.

Front desk staff bend over backwards for me because of my mistake. They went well above and beyond of what good service is. Abby, in particular, she dealt with me and my issues from the start. There were two other young ladies that stepped in when she left and knocked it out of the park. Unfortunately I can not remember their names, but one started with a “G” and the other was an “A”. That is my second consecutive stay at a Best Western Plus, different locations, but both amazing service. Changing my whole perspective on where I stay in the future. Great Job as a chain, independent or not. Thank you Cody

I had stayed in many BW locations and mid-class hotels, and this location is the way too far better compared to others. The hotel Cleanliness and the customer service is top notch! kudos to Akia for superb customer service! Even the complimentary breakfast selection and the evening customers appreciation meal are way better compared to other locations. This is MUST hotel to stay if you are in Fox Creek or nearby town. You will not Regret it!!!

I wouldn't stay any place else. I do spend alot of time in Fox Cfeek and I always appreciate the front staff. The girls are so friendly and it's nice they always greet me so pleasantly. Thank you as always and I look forward to my next visit and stay.

I’m a guy who travels for work - this place makes it feel less like a hotel - the staff are so friendly and great people. You can tell they care! Keep it up -And tell your cooks they are great! 10/10
