The resort itself is genuinely lovely — clean, comfortable accommodations and everything you’d expect from a quality timeshare in Orlando. I’ve stayed at many different timeshares in the area, and this one is right on par in terms of amenities and the room itself. Unfortunately, the location makes getting in and out of the property far more frustrating than it should be. The entrance sits directly off 192, which has constant heavy traffic, and there’s no traffic light for the resort. Every time you leave, you have to inch your way out to turn right (not easy with the steady flow of cars), and then immediately make a U-turn at the next light if you want to go anywhere in Orlando, after you wait for a long time for the light to turn green. It’s not a reflection on the resort at all, but the traffic setup makes the daily in-and-out experience such a hassle that I wouldn’t stay here again. There are plenty of other Orlando timeshares that offer the same level of quality without this major inconvenience.

Summer Bay Resort is very nice and convenient. Everything to your comfort. Great for the Family. Stores like Aldi's and Publix are within walking distance. It's a home away from home.

The drink prices are way up and weak. Food prices are way up as well. I understand inflation but its a bit crazy. The overall complex is in great shape but we had a light bulb out when we arrived. The dishwasher was new in our first room but our second week in a different room had a dishwasher that didn't work. Staff is very friendly.

This the most unsafe and dangerous place for women multiple break in by housekeeping maintenance and manager Maria and worker Kathy this resort needs to install cameras and monitor this unlawful break INS by workers and managers don't stay this is a nightmare and horrible place

This resort is beautiful. It has so many amenities and things to do there. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. It has putt putt, shuffle board, racquet ball, tennis, basketball, swimming (many pools), a lake with jet skis, and several food facilities. It is a must see and stay location.
