Relax at Fountain: Hot Tub Fun

House nice & convenient but neighborhood was in need of upkeep. The backyard has potential. It was last minute so I am grateful !

I'm not sure to go back to this property The house is beautiful and has spotless interiors, practically new bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and a nice, spacious kitchen. Only the basement bedroom had a lot of dust and trash under the sofa bed, and the blankets were a bit stained. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood, and almost everything was fine except for the HOT TUB, WHICH WAS UNAVAILABLE, which is ironic since it was the property's main attraction. Also, the grass wasn't mowed, so we couldn't use the patio or other yard amenities. So, if you decide to rent this property, be sure to contact the host to inquire about using the hot tub and cleaning the yard. Since I wasn't able to use half the house and didn't receive a refund for the inconvenience, be aware that the host will ask you to do some light cleaning, which isn't mentioned in the listing, in addition to a hefty cleaning fee. He said he wasn't aware of the situation, but come on, he's the host, and he didn't make sure the yard was clean and the hot tub was working.
