Stinky When we arrived, we were pleased to see the overall condition of the property looked nice. Upon inspection of the pool area we had a different time with the directions left by homeowner to get the lights for pool and spa to work and the heater to run. The property owner was very slow to respond. It took a couple days to get it running.the daylight is what brought to light the unfortunate reality of this property. It is located right next to a sewage treatment facility. The smell combined with the Arizona heat made spending time by the pool impossible. The shower in the second bathroom did not produce hot water, so my daughter had to use the one for the master bedroom. For the price we definitely could have done much better

Christmas family vacation The house is beautiful, they have everything you need even spices, you just need your food. I would suggest that the owner create a manual for guests to follow with regards to things the house offers.

Beautiful Clean Home This House was clean and beautiful, the owner was very nice to work with. I am only putting this out there for future renters - there is a sewer lift station directly behind the pool fence. The odor was really bad - so swimming and cooking on the bbq was not an option. I think this only happens from time to time, but it was very smelly during our stay.
