Only giving this a 5 star review cause valet was great.. everything else was mid, breakfast server wasn’t very attentive and seemed upset we were eating breakfast there. S/o to nunes on the valet team. Also they didn’t even have a bidet, after it being in room amenities on the booking. Pretty disappointing.

Hotel was wonderful. Valet drivers were great. Very attentive and quick in getting your vehicle for you. Process was seamless. Nunes and his coworker were both incredibly helpful and kind.

We always enjoy the Sinclair, but the experience at the restaurant is consistently a mixed bag. Know this is outside of the control of hotel staff, but obnoxious and loud guests using profanity in such a small place feels uncomfortable and aggressive. Unfortunate for all.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch and every staff member went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, which made the experience even better. The valet team was fantastic—super friendly, fast, and efficient—which made coming and going so easy and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Fort Worth!

Nunez, the valet attendant, was fantastic! Helpful, courteous and good sense of humor! He remembered me and my husband and which car was ours from when we first checked in, gave us some water to go when we called for the car and held an umbrella over us when we made a dash to the car through the rain! Great service! Sinclair needs to pay this guy more!
