This hotel has always been our go to. It’s very big and spacious. The front desk was very nice and we really enjoyed this place. The location is good too. We will be staying here every time we come to visit Dallas

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting our kids and 3 beautiful grandkids in Haltom City/Fort Worth. Everyone there was soooooo pleasant! Not once did we feel like we were an "intrusion", like many other places we stayed during our month-long vacation. The best of the best, though, was Kim at the reception desk...what a sweetheart of a lady. Thank you, Kim, for being so sweet to us! We definitely will be Excellent stayon our next baby-trip!!

Personnel was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, empatic. Specially Brandon and Mrs. kim definitely stood out and definitely in near future when I consider and place to relax and get away from things I recommend this hotel. It was always clean, service was great, breakfast. Room temperature was great as well no issues. Atmosphere was very friendly, clean, relaxing, location was in great place alot of places nearby to.eat, visit. And very competitive pricing very good.

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn – Fossil Creek would have been a disaster if not for the timely intervention by Brandon, the manager. We checked in and went to our room. Everything was well until we turned on the AC. The AC unit made a LOUD high-pitched squealing noise. No sleeping through that. Went back to Brandon for a new room. The hotel was sold out for the night. Brandon explained that the hotel was due for a major remodel and many of the AC units were noisy. Brandon came up with an idea that saved the day. One of the rooms had been remodeled as a test model for the planned upgrades. He offered us to switch rooms with the model. But it was not clean. We went to dinner and then returned to our upgraded room. Brandon and one of the other managers personally cleaned the room. Crisis averted! We had a great stay thanks to the quick thinking and focus of Brandon and his staff. We will be back - once the room renovations are completed!

Stay was in the new show room. It was great. How ever not a fan of the plank hard flooring. I just prefer carpet for the home feeling and not the cold sterile environment. Everything else was great. Staff was great and Geoff did everything to make my stay perfect due to the minor difficulties with my first room.

Brandon was the best!!!!!! Give him a raise!!!!! Got a booking through a third party, there was some complications. Brandon helped me through it all !!!! Got everything situated and Couldn’t help but give him a hug :,)
