I called to inquire about a room and rates the Guy in the afternoon was terrible 7/24/25 was so rude and had a terrible attitude how this hotel still has a Marriott Brand attached is insane I guess the associates reflect this Hotel perfectly and it was terrible especially after just a brief conversation and looking into reviews BULLET DODGED!!! at this point Stay at the Best WesternHiltonSpringHill

I can’t believe that Marriott allows their brand to be associated with this property. Clearly they have not inspected it in years. Run down and not at all maintained. Elevator and first floor ice machine inoperative. When asked how long, the front desk clerk couldn’t say. It’s been that long. The king sized bed sank in the middle, and we both kept rolling into each other. The smoke detector in the room had been replaced with a cheap one you can buy in any discount store. I don’t know if it even had power or a battery. The “message waiting “ light on the dirty phone was blinking. When I pushed the button, it went to a “fast busy.” So I called the front desk and was told that the phones needed to be reprogrammed. The indoor pool was closed. The breakfast was minimal with eggs that tasted like they were chopped up hard boiled eggs. The toaster worked but the top was detached from the base showing exposed wires. Oh! And there were several authorizations on our credit card for inexplicable charges. Next I anticipate unnecessary time with my financial institution when they are processed. I hope I’m wrong.

Good Customer Service but stinky room with ants The room smelled like mold/mildew. I told the front desk and she said housekeeping would go and spray something in the room the next morning. There were ants all over the place, on the window, the desk/dresser, in the bathroom. We found one on my daughters bag after we left. Carpets were stained. Trash was in the stairwells. The elevator was slow. Really the smell in the room was the worst. It really smelled like if you spill a whole bunch of water and don't clean it up promptly. Customer service was fine and the staff was friendly.

The pool was quite small but otherwise everything was great! breakfast had a big variety as well! and they attended all our needs
