Simple and clean. Bedroom and bath on each side of living area and upstairs provided a lot of privacy for each family within our group.Proximity to TCU was really helpful in maximizing time with student family member.Was just what we needed!

House was fine, it’s a great place to stay location wise for TCU and it was clean. You can improve the stay with some more comfortable places to sit, more dressers in the bedrooms and in the family rooms, not alot of counter space or places to put your clothes, we lived out of our suitcases. But overall fine place.

Great location
If you are planning to visit the TCU areas, this house is a great location. It is a safe neighborhood walkable to campus and lots of restaurants. However, as the owner describes, it is an old house and in need of several minor repairs (spindles on deck, towel racks in bathrooms, rocking ceiling fans, old stained carpet, etc). Also, it was not stocked with sufficient linens (towels, extra blankets). The owner did provide these upon request. All in all, the convenience is a plus as long as you realize the house needs some love.

Cozy property right by TCU!
We came down to visit our son who attends TCU. This property was perfectly situated near campus and all the activities we participated in. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of comfortable areas to lounge. The host was great -- really responsive an If you want to be close to TCU, this is your spot!
