My family and our entire extended family stayed there for our daughter’s Quinceanera. The check in process and amazing, rooms were all ready to go early so family that traveled from over 10 hours was able to check in and relax. The rooms were immaculate, the smell throughout the entire hotel was lovely and we all loved the small kitchen setup in our rooms as well. The venue space was gorgeous and that process was seamless with the help of Jackie Blue. The staff was beyond courteous, every single family member spoke so highly of all their interactions with them. My daughter was surprise on her birthday with rooms service from staff and hand delivered from the sweetest staff member Ruffa (pic in review). Ashtyn was another stand out for us; along with Juan Carlos and honestly quite a few more. You really have an amazing group working for you! Their attention to details is superb.

After driving 8 long hours just to make it here for our hearing, all we wanted was a place to rest and thanks to Ali and Jorge, we felt truly cared for. The moment we walked in, Ali welcomed us with such kindness and genuine hospitality. He even offered us breakfast before we went to sleep, which meant so much after such a tiring trip. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, and the professionalism of the staff was beyond high class. Because of the comfort and care we received, we were able to rest well, and our hearing went really well too. We are so grateful for the warmth, the service, and the thoughtfulness. Everything was simply perfect, and we will definitely be back again.

Ok I’m a flight attendant and stay in a lot of hotels. I have never had such a great stay. They staff in every department was so amazing. They became family. I cried having to say goodbye to them. Hotel was clean, rooms were great. Again my best ever hotel experience.
