The customer care was great, right from the reception, to the top manger. We were a big time but Mountains of the moon handled us very well. I also request that we have more rooms for accommodation and conferences. The compound is so beautiful that every member in the team wanted to stay around.

Wow!! Beautiful resort, nice staff, lovely rooms and amenities. Rooms were so spacious, equipped with robes and slippers, loved the huge stone walls. Balcony was really nice too, and we overlooked a primary school which was so fun for me (but may not have been for someone looking for peace and quiet). Bathroom had an awesome bathtub with a fantastic shower. Food was great, nice relaxing bar, huge pool. Wish we had another night here!

This place is serene and a home away from home.. We had an amazing stay with them and they are hospitable.. lots of flowers to the chefs they do know how to make good meals😎 and the stewards smile all through and give quick service Sandra Mable Mercy💐

The best and wide gardens ever in Uganda! The staff are very welcoming and the ambience is great, wide and clean swimming pool, sauna, well stocked bar and great comfort in the rooms, drop off van & delicious meals and is very affordable. I yearn my next visit to Fort Portal!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Mountains of the Moon Lodge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by Ambrosia, who managed to organize a fantastic dinner for us on short notice. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the evening truly special. Our meal was served promptly, and every dish was delicious. The highlights included the perfectly prepared Beef Diana, which was seasoned just right, and the creamy mushroom soup. Special requests, such as mashed potatoes for my brother and mild chicken wings with fries for our six-year-old guests, were handled flawlessly. The dessert was a standout feature, earning high praise from everyone in our party. The kitchen deserves special commendation for their exceptional creations. The ambiance of the lodge added to the experience, making it a memorable evening for our family and our guests. The timely service and the quality of the food were impressive, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. In addition to the dining experience, the fitness studio at the lodge is top-notch, equipped with the latest equipment and staffed by an excellent personal trainer. This facility greatly enhanced our stay and provided a perfect balance to our indulgent meals. Throughout the evening, Ambrosia and the staff ensured that everything ran smoothly, making us feel well taken care of. In summary, our dinner at Mountains of the Moon Lodge was a delightful experience, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food.
