Guests praise spacious, comfortable rooms with nice views. Central location near bay, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly, attentive staff provide excellent service.

This hotel is very charming and has a great location next to the river district. The reason for 3* instead of 5* is that I was not offered the proper benefits, even after pushing for it. Titanium Recognition: This was a total miss. Was not offered a benefit, had to ask. Finally was given $10 F&B credit for my whole stay, but was not offered breakfast (despite no lounge). After pushing back, was told there was nothing beyond the $10. I doubted myself and did not raise this to a manager at the time, but I should have claimed the $100 compensation. I had to get the $10 removed at checkout as it was not removed automatically. Location: The location is right on the water, walkable to everything fun in the river district, and the rooms are very soundproof. Condition: Everything is still in great condition. The hotel is well maintained. Service: Though everyone was nice, the staff was not informed of benefits. Breakfast: Ate off site as a result of lack of benefit. Final Notes: The bones of this hotel are great, but they need to honor the benefits.

Nice place. Pretty new. Clean. Nice staff. The basics of a good stay are met. HOWEVER - if you get a city view room - you will be dealing with unbearable noise levels from a club across the street. The DJ might as well have been in our room given the volume levels. If you value a good nights sleep - this may not be the place for you. If you are up for a late night of partying- then you may not even notice it.
