Pink Shell looks like a hotel designed by a product manager with a keen eye for detail. The check-in process was smooth, and there's ample parking, with options for self-parking or Valet Parking. The child's gift was a pair of children's sunglasses and a net bag for shells—so practical! The room was even newer and more spacious than in the photos. The amenities, like the wall-mounted clothes hooks, were very practical, and the kitchen, complete with pots and pans, was perfectly suitable for a longer stay. The breakfast was quite generous for an American hotel, and the staff were warm and friendly. Room service was incredibly convenient; ordering arrived within 15 minutes. The beach chairs were free, and the cushions were so soft that I could sleep all morning. Room keys, parking, pool towels, and bicycle rentals all use a pink wristband—a creative and convenient touch. Check-out is a simple text message away. The entire hotel is beautiful, from the main building to the pool to the beach chairs and umbrellas—every scene is a vibrant pink beauty. Finally, let's talk about Fort Myers Beach. With its white powdery sand, gentle breeze, small waves, and long, shallow beach, it's truly perfect for a sea bath. There are shells and conchs to collect on the beach, and there are even plenty of live sand dolls and conchs. Sanibel is a 30-minute drive away, and the shells are endless.
All in all, this is a stunning hotel, and the high ratings are well-deserved. We will definitely be back!

The resort is great, very child friendly. You can rent strollers as well. They have lots of activities (many for an extra fee) for kids, which my son enjoyed much. We especially enjoyed the morning shell walk with Ranger Rob, he is amazing with kids and even though my son doesn't understand English, he loved it. We saw dolphins quite frequently at the beach and even some Tortoises. Ranger Rob also showes the kids critters and snake during the day. I also went on the two hour kayaking tour with Ranger Rob, where we even saw manatees. The only thing I did not like was the amount of single use plastic at the resort and the daily wrecking of the beach, which is not needed and destroys the nature.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service, cleanliness, and family vibe that we found at Pink Shell. We stayed in the Captiva Villas and had plenty of space with a one bedroom with living room, kitchen, lanai and balcony. Plenty of pool chairs even during spring break. Lovely towels provided. Nice amenities like fitness center, day beds and outdoor games.

We returned to the Pink Shell for the 13th time in March 2025. As usual the experience was great. Each year the level of service gets better and amenities are added. Devin at the breakfast buffet had an outstanding attitude which was a great way to start our days!

We had an amazing stay at Pink Shell Resort! The location is perfect, with stunning beachfront views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities made our stay even better. A special shoutout to Devin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly—his great service made our trip even more enjoyable. Your friends from Dallas appreciate you! Highly recommend this resort for a perfect beach getaway!

We have been staying at Pink Shell since Hurricane Ian took out our beloved EIBC. We have come to love the Pink Shell and look forward to our stays in May and October each year. We look forward to seeing Chester, who always greets us with a friendly smile and a hug. The breakfast is amazing. Danielle and Kyle always greet us with a smile. Damian, who used to bartend, makes the best pina coladas we have ever had anywhere. We were disappointed when we went to order drinks and discovered that Damian is now a server. The drinks now are just not the same. Fortunately, we requested Damian make our pina coladas for us, and our request was honored. Funny thing, each time he would make our drinks, the people around us would us what we were drinking (as their pina coladas did not look anything like ours did!!) We hope the Pink Shell realizes what an asset Damian is to your resort. We love seeing him each time we visit and hope continue to make our drinks. We are to the point now where we do not order drinks unless Damian makes them. They are that good!!!! Perhaps, he could train the other bartenders?? It amazes us that with the number of guests the Pink Shell receives, staff like Chester, Damian, Danielle and Kyle all remember our names and greet us with a smile. Great customer service!! I don’t know how to say enough about this amazing place. The people that work there are the best around. If you are going to Fort Myers and want to have the best time ever, you need to visit the Pink Shell. Best rooms, pools, food and service anywhere. You won’t be sorry. The best hotel on Estero. Much better than Margaritaville!! Here is a big shot out to…. Pam with activities, Eric, Aiden, in valet, Ranger Rob, Max in security, Victor server at Bongos, Chester with security, KeKe in the gift shop, Wayne in security, Denise in the front office , Paxton and Reed in valet, DJ Ron, Alisha server at Bongos! The Pink Shell is amazing. You have to go here if you are going to Fort Myers, Estero Island. Nice rooms, pools, food and service. All room have beach views with nice lanais! Everything’s top notch. Close to Time Square! Beach chairs, umbrellas are very nice. Spacious rooms. Best vacay spot ever. Shout out to Victor, Chester, Max, Keke, Aiden , Denise, Alisha, Wayne, Ranger Rob, DJ Ron, Holly, Eric, Paxton, and Pam!
