I stayed there for a night as a stopover for our travel. The king room was okayish. I have visited a better hotel with a lower price. The room had a bad smell. The restroom had a scent, too. Breakfast was okay. But that's okay, considering the price.

I’ve stayed at this location on and off and I can actually say that the beds are brand new along with new sheets and towels. I’m certain that there are older in circulation, but overall they serve the general purpose. If there was an issue with cleaning , all you have to do is ask someone. They will fix it and make it right. Varsha is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The housekeeping staff that I deal with have been great to our room and my family. The maintenance man is always busy cleaning and making improvements where necessary. There is a pool and laundry The highway is noisy but honestly, once you’re in the room with your tv on it’s not that noticeable. Close to absolutely everything in one of the nicest areas in Northern Kentucky. Thank you for the cool rooms and the hot showers.

The staff was so nice there was alot of kids so if you don't like alot of noise because I think people live there the beds are comfortable the room and bathroom can use updates

Only reason this isn’t a 5 is bc of the highway noise, which is no fault at all of management, just wasn’t expected on our part. Super Comfy bed, clean room. Chairs in room older & outdated, but, really, who cares? Cover on bed needs to be replaced, but, again, didn’t bother us, just pushed it down. Bathroom fan rather loud, but at least there is one. Continental breakfast could’ve used some fruit, yogurt, & maybe go a bit later, 9:30 instead of 9. All in all, only issue was the highway noise, which, again, management can’t control. A/C fan did help drown it out some. Also, we’re country folks & aren’t used to vehicle noise, might not bother others at all. We’d definitely come back, just with earplugs next time! Oh! And wonderful staff! Friendly, personable, helpful.

The Manager threatened my wife beat on the door and made personal threats over the phone. She was terrified and he made comments he owns the place and will enter whenever he pleases. Be weary and do not stop here. They will also make up a story and since each one seems to be related someway they will all stand behind said lie even though the attendant was caught in the lie. You are not safe here and they will try to break in while you are sleeping and have a rule that you are to stand outside the room everyday to be cleaned. Run. Stay away. The place is not safe.

Bed was top notch Wifey was happy Clean A tad noisy from the highway, but I only noticed the noise in the morning. Breakfast was typical for a Super 8 YES, I wil/would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Dang nab it, the Reds lost last night :( Jimmy from Iowa

This is a simple room with a comfortable bed. All I needed. Room quite when door is closed. Shower works. AC/Heat works well and quickly. Breakfast is cold cereal, coffee, bagels and waffles. vending machine for snacks. Nothing special but it worked well for me.
