Anchor Lodge Motel

It was a fun little trip. The room is accessible by a code, no on site service. We had room 12 which had a conjoined door. Two nice comfy beds and pillows, little kitchen area with microwave and small fridge, coffee maker. One window does not have a black out curtain so it was a little brighter in the morning but not to bad. You can hear your neighbors talking next door so privacy is limited but they have an in room wall fan that helps for any noise. Place is in the same partly g lot as the wharf restaurant which was cool plus other places to eat. Best part is you can hear the fog horn. Tv worked and the shower was hot, no bath. For what we paid I am happy and will return to relax and enjoy the sea

Noo microwave, rollaway bed in closet, probably for storage. Shower was very hard to adjust. Safety latch broken but it was clean.

Lovely Stay! The location is charming. The room was small but perfectly fine though I don't recommend the bottom floor as anyone above or even the room next to it can be heard singing and dancing and tapping, walking, flushing. It was a little hard to sleep but the beds are REALLY comfy, there are blankets in there just hunt a little. I would go back as long as I get an upstairs unit :) I had trouble finding how to check in and a lovely man let me know how and then called to see if I got in and they are right across the road at the restaurant so that is nice.

Bare basics, but clean and comfortable.

We were a little apprehensive in attempting to find this hotel. All we saw initially was a row of decrepit rooms set back from the Noyo River that had seen better days. But, they had a large sign on top of them with the hotel name on it. Check-in was all done online after 3:00. That’s when we were given instructions on where our room was located. Turns out it was the ground floor beneath a restaurant called Silvers at the Wharf. The room appears to be recently remodeled with tile floors, new bedding, some new furniture, not all, and a large bathroom. The best aspect of this room is the view. It offers a large sliding glass door that opens to a balcony that is directly over the river. We watched boats travel the channel from our room. In the morning we watched a group of seals swimming and playing in the channel below our room. A little later we saw a pair of deer wandering on the opposite shore.
