Maybe on any other given day this would be a good review. The hotel was going through major renovations so almost all of the hotel was torn up and lots of noise. Should have been closed or at least notify the guest that the hotel is going to have some issues. Should have offered a substantial discount on the room rate.

The room was clean. One of the cleanest we’ve stayed at. Staff was excellent. Meeting the owner at breakfast was a true pleasure.

This has been our stopover spot for about five years in Forrest City on a once per year trip. Have notice it slowly going down hill. This year decided it was time to make a change after one last stay here. Facility getting rather worn. We were on second floor and hallway there smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Room was not as clean as we would have liked. When we checked out and asked for a copy of my receipt the desk attendant say she could not give me one because we booked through Trip Advisor, that I would have to get a receipt from them. This was the end for us. On return trip through a week later we stayed next door at Comfort Suites. Much more up to date and actually a little less expensive!

Staff was very polite and eveyine smiled. Room was clean and the towels were so soft! Breakfast was good and well attended. Parking and checkin was a breeze. The lady who checked us in was great.the hotel was very easy to find, right off the highway. And there were plenty of dining options around. Even some in waking distance.

It was a last minute booking. The hotel is conveniently located on the Interstate. I like the pillows and amenities. Although I felt like the front desk clerk was a little unfriendly until she found out that I am a member of the Hilton Honors. Overall we enjoyed the one night stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee.

Great hotel, bad area
Hotel was clean and comfortable, easy a check in, helpful concierge, really good breakfast- the town itself however was not welcoming and people were extremely rude. Would suggest getting out of forest city to eat anywhere.

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delightful. I have Alpha-gal and it is often difficult when traveling to find protein packed breakfast that does not include pork products. Had an excellent egg white frittata and chicken sausage patty! What a treat! And the lovely person working the breakfast area made my morning!
