Habitaciones amplias y limpias, el personal muy amable. Hay zona de juegos con billar y también se puede dejar a los niños en una sala de juegos con monitor. Las vistas son impresionantes.

Me veo en la obligación de modificar la opinión que publique ayer sobre este hotel. Tal y como comenté es un hotel correcto pero no está preparado para verano. Hay una falta de personal evidente en el buffet, no dan abasto. El desayuno del día de hoy, 13 de agosto, ha sido un auténtico desastre. Los camareros riéndose entre ellos, desesperados por no llegar a todo. Faltaban platos, vasos y comida. Cuando llegamos al buffet, no había casi nada para comer y estábamos todos esperando a la comida. Ha sido una vergüenza. Las habitaciones necesitan reforma y aire acondicionado para verano. Tienen que cambiar el chip de "hotel invernal". Hemos estado 3 veces en este hotel y creo que va a ser la última. Una pena, por que vemos potencial en este hotel pero nos da la sensación de que va a menos.

El hotel, el servicio y el buffet estuvieron correctos, pero nos dieron una habitación de la 3a planta…. La más alejada de los ascensores habt 336…. Abuhardillada con una pequeña ventana… sin aire acondicionado. Frente una cristalera donde pegaba pleno sol… generando un calor insoportable, tanto que pasamos la noche desde las 3 hasta las 5 en el hall y en la calle ante la imposibilidad de dormir y de poder estar en dicha habitación por el calor existente. No es una habitación para poner a disposición y menos al precio que se nos cobró durante días de calor. Aconsejamos en recepción no ofertar dicha habitación para futuros clientes en días de calor. Desconocemos si el hotel se encontraba al 100% de su ocupación pero en ningún momento nos ofrecieron ninguna solución, más q un simple comentario de “si ya hemos recibido muchas quejas”. Nos brindaron un descuento en el momento del pago para futuras reservas, cosa q podían haber aplicado en ese instante para paliar la noche en un hall por 100€.

Al Hotel le falta un buen repaso. Ya se sabe que es un hotel para la temporada de ski pero es incomprensible que en las habitaciones y en todo el resto del hotel no tengan un simple ventilador. Estuvimos con grupo de casi 50 personas los almuerzos y cebas tipo bufet libre aun podian pasar pero lo que fue las comidas de dos dias, no se ni como definirlo peor no pudieron ser. Por supuesto que no volvere.

Décevant ! On est venu dans cet hôtel avec piscine car je ne pouvait pas skier et la piscine ouvre à 16h00 !! Je suis à pied avec des difficultés pour marcher, pas de navette non plus !! Super, je suis bloquée sans la possibilité de rejoindre ma famille au pied des pistes.
