Good things: super comfy mattresses, hot tub was hot, really cool that juice & coffee are free all day. However I was refused the $50/10,000 point credit for a 3night stay, even though my stay was 3 nights. Fun side activity: I also had several deposits held on my card, and had to check in & out every day. Our room had loud, pounding music all day & night - turns out we were above the pool. I was told how sorry they were, and that was it. We had to try to work & take meetings with a constant, loud bass in the background, as well as try to sleep through it. After several texts and complaints, on the last night, somebody finally turned it off at 7PM.

Lovely property. The breakfast included had many options that were replenished throughout the morning. Rooms and hotel was clean and in a convenient part of town.

We have stayed here twice in the last month. Very friendly staff. We had to get one room at the last min. It was fairly clean although there was open cans in the recycling bin. Outside of that the room appeared clean.
The breakfast is as you would expect for free breakfast they have a good mix of items! They also carry GF oatmeal and muffins! That was a plus!

The staff that we interacted with were very kind. We did wait around 20 minutes at the front desk for any staff to be available to check in. The room and facility was pretty dated, and our room's door had a hard time actually latching closed.
