The Hotel is well located and is modern with good rooms generally. Within the room there is not a decent desk if you need to work. There is no parking and so beware - you need to park in the nearest parking and there is a discount. Also there is a weird system with the spa where you need to reserve an hour slot - which I did on check in but when I got to the spa she had no clue...also she didn't let me use the lockers and was unhappy I wanted to use the changing room. The bar is quite nice but the barman is pretty miserable. Overall it is very nice looking hotel but run by people who are quite amateur.

découverte le temps d'un WE de cet hôtel récemment rénové : très bon accueil très belle chambre avec terrasse au calme (il n'y manque que des chaises longues) petit déjeuner du dimanche très bien mais celui du lundi était chaotique (un seul serveur pour tout faire et un buffet très très vide) Piscine et spa très agréables Le restaurant semble très bon mais était malheureusement complet

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre , tout près du château et de la rue Montebello avec ses multiples petits restaurants et terrasses attirantes. Hall d' entrée impressionnant à la décoration travaillée comme le reste de l' hôtel, salle du petit déjeûner ( avec un superbe buffet ), bar, et chambres bien sûr...( rénovation de l' hôtel récente ). Chambre sous les toits pas très grande mais très bien organisée. Enfin , le plus important, le personnel est professionnel, donc à l' écoute et attentionné. Merci à eux. Un petit plus pour Madame la directrice dans son élément.

Les structures de l'hôtel sont belles : entrée, escaliers, décoration, salle de déjeuner/dîner, salon cocktail, SPA, chambres. Néanmoins le personnel et la relation client ne sont pas au niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous découvrons à notre arrivée que les créneaux pour le SPA doivent être pré-réservés et qu'ils sont désormais tous réservés pour la journée. Devant notre déception alors que cela était la raison de notre venue, le personnel s'avère impuissant, ne propose aucun geste commercial ni aucune souplesse. Impossibilité également de monter les bagages dans la chambre.
