Tenants are responsible for daily consumption and monthly utilities (electricity, gas, water and trash), host/landlord will send the utility bill to the tenants monthly. An utility agreement is required to sign before move-in.

A refundable security deposit of $500 may be required for a lease is longer than 30 days;

Note: A garage ADU conversion project may be on from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday during your stay, but our contractors will manage minimum noise going to the main house.
