This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer!
Note:
1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach.
2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.

Great views with fabulous beach access
Wonderful location. Great views of the ocean and wonderful beach access. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and we were glad to see LVP flooring on the lower level. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had a couple small issues, but Tyler was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation and we even got to bring our pup. Can’t wait to return.

Greatest place to stay in Folly Beach
Place was clean. Ever thing needed to cook ourselfs when needed. Convient to beach and places to eat. Honestly within steps to beach from back door, we really enjoy our trip. Place had plenty room for our family of 4 adults and 1 child.Definitly would stay again.

Old Style Family Beach House
You can tell this house has a personal touch from the owners. Decor was tasteful, "shabby chic" , retro beach house - not the typical corporate owned box so many tend to be these days. Plenty of room for family low country boil as well as small nooks and crannies for privacy. The beach is quiet and steps away from the house but close enough to surfer paradise to keep it interesting. If you went to the Carolina beaches as a kid where the attraction WAS the beach, this is the place for you. Gonna make it an annual thing.

Birthday celebration
We rented this home to ge near our son and his family to celebrate our granddaughters second birthday. It was the perfect home for our needs! We were even able to bring our labrador Chase for his first beach vacay! The home is beautifully decorated , comfortable and inviting!
We will definitely keep this one on our list for future stays and would recommend to others as well. The fenced yard area, parking and the deck and beach access were perfect!

Great vacation rental
It was a great house. Ocean view, front yard fenced in for pets. Well stock kitchen we enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean except under the beds. I usually don't check under the beds but I lost my earring and was looking for it. Other wise this would have been a 5 star

Our house is great. the beach this year had construction putting in sand. as for the house it has a fence in yard for our doggie . This was our second trip to this house
