We bought and renovated this Folly ranch in fall 2019. There is a beach access path immediately out the front door, and from the backyard and back porch there are sweeping views of the marsh and Folly River. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a full kitchen, living room, and 500 sq foot back porch. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen, a bonus room with a trundle bed, another full kitchen, a full bathroom, a spacious living room with foosball and a train table, and a covered back patio storage area. In the backyard there is a big enclosed outdoor shower and a trampoline and climbing dome (liability waiver required) You can walk to the beach in 60 seconds! And you’re a 20-minute walk, 8-minute bike ride, or 4-minute drive from restaurants on Center Street.
