Best COV Rental Over the years my family and I have stayed in many condos within the COV complex. We have never stayed in the same condo. Not because anything was wrong but because they weren’t anything to write home about. However, we will absolutely be rebooking Carla and Tim’s condo for our future Folly Beach stays. First, communication between myself and Carla was 10/10. We were in communication before, during, and after the stay. She responded promptly and professionally. Secondly, the rental unit advertised accurately matched the pictures and description provided on VRBO. Actually, the condo had MORE than what was listed (ex: beach chairs, hand soaps, laundry detergent, welcome drinks/snacks etc). Carla and Tim really go above and beyond for their guests to make sure they will be comfortable. The beds were comfy and the condo was clean. Everything is clearly kept up well and replaced when necessary. I 100% recommend booking your FB vacation at the COV in Carla and Tim’s condo.

Absolutely Perfect We had 8 women on our stay and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was amazing (walking distance to everything). Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Having four full baths when you have 8 women getting ready to go out was a huge bonus. Our favorite part of our stay was waking up in the morning, watching dolphins jump out of the water from the huge balcony. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for the great rental.

great beach-front location Condo is ocean-front with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware etc. Short walk to the pier. More than enough towels. Comfortable beds. When we arrived, some items were in short supply, but the owner was extremely responsive, always responding within minutes of my texts, and brought everything I requested. The owner has fixed the one-time problem and I think the condo will always be well supplied in the future. Cooperative and responsive owner and great ocean-front location. Highly recommended.

Location and condo can’t be beat - right on the beach. Second time I’ve stayed here (last time with friends). Great that everyone has their own room AND bathroom. Soooo many extra supplies - including welcome wine and candy. Didn’t want to leave paradise. Owner communicates right away. Already planning next stay.
