Room Quality: Guests describe the rooms as spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The inclusion of underfloor heating, steam rooms, and saunas in some rooms is a notable luxury.

Friendly staff, got shown to our pitch, gated entry so you know not anyone can just come in and out. Outside heated pool was a massive hit with my two children especially when it was sunny outside. Shop onsite which sells the little bits you might of forgotten. They had a little Pizza Hut, bar/restaurant which did bingo for all the family and then a quiz night so all ages could get involved. They sold ice cream in the shop and near the swimming pool which the kids loved. Big park for the kids to play! Would definitely recommend! Only negative, well not negative just to be prepared, was the pitches were very slanted back legs of the caravan were maxed and the front of the caravan were nearly on the floor.

Riding outdoor pool is honestly one of my favourite places. When the weather’s nice, it feels like you’re on holiday. The pool itself is lovely, and there’s such a chilled atmosphere. The service is always great too. Richard in particular is so helpful – nothing’s ever too much trouble and he’s always got a smile on his face. The food is really good as well, lots of choice and everything tastes fresh and properly done. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re after a relaxing day out in the sun.

Such a lovely place to stay, The food was amazing and the staff were so gorgeous special shout out to Ava and Max who were really helpful and thoughtful. We had literally the best time we'll definitely come back again. Thanks so much for making my husband's birthday so gorgeous.

We stayed in Bellerbys to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday and it was absolutely spotless with great amenities - would thoroughly recommend it for a family stay. The spa was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Restaurant 52 is most definitely worth a visit and the staff there were so accommodating as we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the food was fantastic - venison was our favourite. Amazing place and will definitely be back to RP!

I actually wrote this review in February 2025 when I visited Rudding Park, but they contacted my husband and asked for a second chance at making my birthday special (as long as I deleted my review). However this was the offer of 50% off the room rate for another stay with just an email saying "these are the prices" despite him trying to arrange the same trip (a spa weekend). Our visit was fine, nothing was 'wrong', but you can stay in a Travelodge for £50 a night and get fine. We visit Rudding Park because it's a special place for us (we visit every year for my birthday or our anniversary) and for the prices you expect 5* service where it's the little things that really set them apart from the competition. We checked in and reception welcomed us back and wished me a happy birthday, which was lovely, however this was the only acknowledgement during our trip. Compare this to The Woodland Spa where they left a little card for me, and you see the difference in the little things. The maid had actually left a card in our bedroom with her name, so not sure why it didn't have a birthday mention. After arriving in our room, we were also disturbed by said maid, who had forgotten to empty the bins and check the mini-bar. We requested pillows from the pillow menu (which never arrived), called to request again (never arrived) then had to walk to reception to request. Went to the spa, where my husband had already requested our treatments in the couples room by telephone, and (as happens every time we go) this wasn't set up, so we had a delayed start time while they set the room up. Went for our evening meal and the service was sub-par, we were never asked if we wanted to order further drinks and nobody cleared our dessert plates so we ended up just leaving as we couldn't get anyone's attention. Other tables were suffering too and the family across from us never received their starters before the mains turned up and nobody could work out why. As I say, it was a fine stay and perhaps I'm nitpicking, but when you're spending over £500 for a one night stay, isn't it the little things that matter? Especially when they have an automatic 5% surcharge! Since this visit I've gone to The Woodland Spa instead and cannot recommend it highly enough. As I say, they left a card for me, wrote on the dessert and put a sparkler in, gave free pastries/tea/coffee for EVERYONE etc. it really is a lovely place to visit - and this was just a day visit. As a new mum, it's a struggle to get time away just me and my husband, so it's even more disappointing that our special trip was just.....fine.

Eight years ago I brought 30 rowdy girls to Rudding Park to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Every one of them still talks about it and the wonderful experience you provided for us. I’ve been back once since then but this week, after a pretty awful year, I came back ‘in earnest’ for five days - with my best pal joining me for four. That’s all background but the crux of this review is that it’s even better than it was in 2017. And the ‘secret sauce’ is just one thing - the staff. Without exception, this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a UK hotel (and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels). Nothing is too much trouble. My friend wasn’t well on the third night of our stay and the team could not have been more caring and attentive. Of course, Rudding Park is beautiful. The facilities are second to none, the food delicious and the spa and treatments are exemplary but the thing that makes this hotel special is its people. They succeed in making a large hotel feel like home and that’s a rare skill. I’ll be back - very soon I hope. Thank you Rudding Park

We stayed for three nights at Rudding Park and it was absolutely wonderful. It is such a beautiful hotel with staff who are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and on hand to do anything to help you enjoy your stay. We stayed in a garden view room which was excellent - beautifully decorated, modern and with a lovely patio area. We ate in Clocktower for breakfast and dinner - it is attractive with a great atmosphere and attentive staff. The service was excellent. There is a great range of dishes on the menu - all perfectly cooked and delicious. As part of our package, we had access to the rooftop spa for four hours each day and we absolutely loved it. The outdoor pool is amazing and the steam room and sauna were lovely. There is also a variety of other experience rooms that you should try. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend 100% and look forward to visiting again.
