Our room was smelling so badly, and my wife vomited twice, and I did speak with the manager, but he wasn't helping at night. So I spoke with the day management, and he said that I should be given a full refund from you guys. Please give me my refund

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they have Camden Town pale ale on draught at the bar, which is an excellent pint. Their pizzas are pretty good, too.

Parking is very convenient, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the front desk service is friendly. It is worth coming again
. The location is excellent, the supporting facilities are complete, and the room facilities are very new. I will stay here again next time

Parking is cheap at only £4. Cameron is a really pleasant member of staff who checked us in quickly and made sure we got the parking discount. The room was ok with a king size bed. We had dinner there but the dining area is really lacking in any character, a bit like a cafeteria. Food was ok. The hotel is expensive for what you get. Breakfast was really disappointing.

Room 115 was subject to a banging noise all night long. It must be some sort of fan as it’s too constant to be a door. Totally spoiled our stay. I’m in mind to request a refund
