Our room was smelling so badly, and my wife vomited twice, and I did speak with the manager, but he wasn't helping at night. So I spoke with the day management, and he said that I should be given a full refund from you guys. Please give me my refund

Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they have Camden Town pale ale on draught at the bar, which is an excellent pint. Their pizzas are pretty good, too.

Parking is very convenient, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the front desk service is friendly. It is worth coming again
. The location is excellent, the supporting facilities are complete, and the room facilities are very new. I will stay here again next time

Stay in this hotel the night before we travel on the Chunnel as it’s literally 10mins drive away. You have to pay for the car parking £4 now which I find amazing as there’s nowhere else to park nearby!! But as I’d booked before this was implemented Cameron overwrought this cost, he was also very good with my checking and explained everything to me ie breakfast times etc. The breakfast choices were very good and hot food cooked to perfection.

I cannot thank Jamie at Holiday Inn Folkestone enough who was on duty on 27th august 2025for the incredible service we received during our recent stay. I arrived with my family after a long journey, only to realize I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. It was a stressful moment, but Jamie instantly put us at ease. With a smile, patience, and genuine kindness, Jamie quickly found a solution that worked perfectly for us. Instead of making us feel embarrassed about the mistake, Jamie treated us with understanding and care, going above and beyond to ensure we could settle in comfortably. Thanks to Jamie, what could have been a ruined start to our trip turned into a wonderful experience. Holiday Inn Folkestone is lucky to have someone so dedicated, professional, and compassionate on their team. We left not only impressed with the hotel but truly grateful for Jamie’s outstanding help. Highly recommend this hotel — and a huge thank you again to Jamie for turning things around and making our family stay stress-free and enjoyable!
