"This hotel is definitely worth recommending, and we spent a wonderful week there. It's perfectly located, less than 100 meters from the Folgarida 1 cable car. Our room had a picturesque view, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was also well-received. It was certainly better than good, but not perfect. We knew the hotel had been taken over by a new owner and was slowly renovating it. This was also noticeable in the reasonable price. Much had already been done, but some other things probably needed more time. Therefore, it was clear that the room doors needed replacing and soundproofing, and the plumbing needed a major overhaul. In the top-floor room we occupied (I think it was a premium room), the bathroom odors were unpleasant and quite bothersome, the water wasn't always hot, and unfortunately, it rarely ran at the right pressure. This definitely needs urgent repair; it could have been annoying, but we didn't let it disrupt our stay. The spa was quite appealing, relatively modest but pleasant. The pool was similar, but if anyone was put off by the water in the bathroom and planned to use the shower by the pool and spa, be warned: the water was exceptionally icy. The pool was only slightly warmer. In our opinion, certain minor issues shouldn't be allowed in a hotel, and they're not justified by the organizational changes. For us, cold scrambled eggs for breakfast are like pizza with ketchup for Italians. Couldn't a warmer designed to keep food warm for several dozen minutes have been more efficient? And vegetables? Don't Italians eat them? Small lettuce leaves in a small bowl for breakfast and dinner, and a slice of tomato only for dinner, didn't make a positive impression. Furthermore, the hotel garage light, activated by movement, can't stay on for more than 30 seconds? Just enough to allow unpacking and packing, including the box, with some visibility. The hotel should improve this. In summary, despite the aforementioned shortcomings, you can have a pleasant stay at the hotel. Surely, in the near future, the hotel will address these shortcomings and live up to its claimed four-star rating."

"The best place to stay in Folgarida Marileva and Madonna di Campiglio region. Especially for skiing and snowboarding. Excellent, friendly, and professional staff. Everything for skiers is well organized and convenient. Great breakfasts :). Clean and quiet place. "

"The hotel was booked through Crystal Ski. The location is amazing for skiing. Ski to and from the boot room onto a red run. It's around 30 seconds down to the gondola. The boot room contains a ski hire shop as well. The room was cleaned every day. It had a mini-bar, safe and a tv. For 3 adult males sharing a room, only having a double bed and a sofa-bed was not a great sleeping experience and the reception staff didn't want to fix that problem. Breakfast was a rather poor affair with un-steamed milk in the cappuccino and luke--warm water for tea. Im sure the scrambled "egg" had never seen actual egg. The pastries and cereal were good. Evening meals were a much better affair - buffet every night and 3 courses. Each night served something different. Note: the water put on the tables is not free and I was hit with a 33 Euro bill for water! Even though I had been told by a waiter that the water was free. There is a well equiped gym - treadmill, 2 bikes, elliptic trainer, large set of dumbells and several weight machines. Also has a pool, sauna and steam room. You will need a swim hat or have to pay the 3Euro to buy one in the pool area. There is a well laid out, spacious bar area with a very loud karaoke singer who drowns out all conversations in the bar when singing. The wifi is free but really struggled with anything other than static pages - streaming such as YouTube lead to constant buffering."

"3rd time in a row and 4th time in total at this hotel, love it! From the food to the staff, it is excellent. Has a lovely spa/sauna area as well. Corrado as the maitre d' is superb, always goes above and beyond and makes you feel extremely welcome. Simone, who was our waiter at dinner was also lovely, with excellent service throughout the week. Laura who deals with reception is also charming and always willing to help and answer any questions you have (makes a mean cocktail as well) and lastly Cristian, who similar to Laura deals with the bar and reception and is likewise fantastic. Will be back again I am sure"

"The hotel is wonderfully located, next to the ski slope and with a private parking lot, very cozy and well-decorated. The hotel has a ski room, a boot dryer and a small SPA at its guests' disposal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a large and roomy wardrobe. Food is the masterpiece of the world. But best of all, what will make your stay wonderful and unforgettable is the wonderful staff, to whom I thank them for everything. She is always a smiling lady at the reception, who kindly helped in every matter, thanks to which we received a delicious dinner even though the kitchen was closed after 10 p.m. This is the lady in the office who informed the guests at breakfast about the situation on the slopes. These are always smiling ladies who take care of cleanliness, this is great restaurant service, and this is an extremely modest and friendly owner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Hotel wspaniale położony, przy trasie narciarskiej i z prywatnym parkingiem, bardzo przytulny i dobrze urządzony. Do dyspozycji gości w hotelu znajduje się narciarnia, suszarnia do butów i małe SPA. Pokoje bardzo czyste i wygodne, duża i pojemna garderoba. Jedzenie to mistrzostwo świata. Jednak najlepsze ze wszystkiego, co uczyni, że Twój pobyt będzie wspaniały i niezapomniany, to cudowny personel, któremu za wszystko dziękuję. To zawsze uśmiechnięta Pani w recepcji, która z życzliwością pomagała w każdej sprawie, dzięki której dostaliśmy pyszną kolację mimo , że kuchnia po 22.00 już była zamknięta. To Pani w biurze, która informowała gości przy śniadaniu, jaka jest sytuacja na stokach. To zawsze uśmiechnięte Panie dbające o czystość, to wspaniała obsługa restauracji, to niezwykle skromny i sympatyczny właściciel. Wszystkim Państwu dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt."
