We have just returned (family of 5) from 10 days in Folgaria staying at the Villa Wilma. It's our third time and it was truly great - we had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is Tyrolean & lovely. It is on the sunniest side of the valley & front / side facing rooms look over to mountains (I loved just standing & looking at them). The owners Carlo, Nadia, Max & Sara really can't do enough to help - really friendly, lovely people. It's good to know a little Italian & theirs is pretty good (as well as German I think). It was both my wifes and my birthday & they gave us a cake & a bottle of wine (plus a rendition of 'happy birthday' in Italian). They pay a lot of attention to detail in what they do & how the hotel is - it really shows & just makes everything more pleasurable. Food is excellent & plentiful - buffet breakfast with tons of choice & a four course dinner. All of it was really healthy too - well maybe not the doughnuts - but it is a holiday! For adults there is a really good spa area - we didnt use it but it looks great. WiFi is reasonable. No Tv in English but we didnt go to the Dolomites to watch telly anyway & phones, laptops & tablets sufficed. The area is Trentino so if you like wine you will be spoilt - all of the wines are from the area & were priced well & excellent. If as we did you want to ski they will sort passes & hire with you. Skiing is great for beginners & intermediates with plenty of blues, reds (manageable) & just a very few blacks. We were there in half term but it isnt the same in Italy so there was plenty of space during the week with it being busier (though never daft) at weekends when people come up out of Verona. Folgaria is only about 1hr 15 from Verona airport & the village itself is very pretty - helped by the lovely blue skies we had most of the time. We flew in budget style with Easyjet & then got a transfer up to the village. All the prices are very reasonable, everyone is really nice & looking in the round - with the excellent hotel, location, food, skiing & costs I struggle to see how to beat it. We certainly hope to go again and thoroughly recommend it.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati la prima settimana di settembre in questo hotel che non possiamo che dire eccellente. Pulizia camere ineccepibile, ristorante meraviglioso con eccellente servizio tavoli e cibo strepitoso... Tutti i presenti per tutte le sere a cena facevano i complimenti allo chef e hai suoi collaboratori in cucina . Buona anche la reception. Come in altre recensioni per arrivarci c'è una salita ma fattibilissima non impegnativa. Il centro in 5 min a piedi Ci sentiamo vivamente di consigliare questo hotel. E' nostro desiderio per l' anno prossimo di ritornarci. Approfittiamo per salutare i proprietari e tutto lo staff con un grosso abbraccio. Fabio e Sonia.

L’hotel Villa Wilma è situato appena fuori dal centro di Folgaria: la zona pedonale è raggiungibile in qualche minuto. C’è una discesa, che al ritorno sarà una salita, ma è fattibile, inoltre in alternativa ci sono anche le scalette e un vialetto. L’esterno è molto ben curato, con splendidi gerani rossi alle finestre, un giardino con tavoli, tavolo da ping pong, solarium e c’è una bella vista. L’interno è in tipico stile trentino: la sala ristorante è meravigliosa con la sua stube ed il soffitto intarsiato. Le cameriere sono gentilissime e competenti anche in fatto di consigli sulle passeggiate in zona. Il cibo è ottimo ed abbondante, c’è sempre l’alternativa carne/pesce e sul menu è riportata quotidianamente una frase di autori famosi. Tutto il resto dell’hotel è molto ben curato anche nei dettagli, c’è il bar ed una sala tv molto ben arredata. C’è anche la zona wellness ed una piccola palestra. Le camere sono fornite di tutto, minifrigo compreso (piccolo adatto a 2 bottiglie, ma fa il suo dovere egregiamente), cassaforte anche. Il bagnoschiuma della doccia è magico!!! L’hotel prepara anche panini per il pranzo, ottimo davvero questo servizio. Di solito non ci sono problemi di parcheggio, in ogni caso c’è anche un parcheggio sotto l’hotel. I gestori (padre, madre, figlio) sono persone davvero squisite, sempre disponibili per tutto.

L,albergo rispecchia fedelmente la bellezza della tradizione trentina. La famiglia che gestisce l'hotel è sempre efficiente disponibile e gentile ma soprattutto " ti fa sentire a casa tua" cosa per me insuperabile tra tutti i servizi offerti. La cucina offre sempre piatti di estrema qualità e le camere sono curate e accoglienti come si vede nelle famose "baite di montagna " . Cosa dire di più....buone vacanze!!!

Bellissimo hotel splendida oasi di relax, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, camere gradevoli sia le singole, sia le doppie, bellissimi gli spazi comuni esterni con una vista incantevole, ma su tutto spicca l'accoglienza dei titolari, squisiti in ogni attenzione all'ospite.
