To start, the GM’s condescending attitude was appalling. This hotel left much to be desired. The breakfast was terrible, and the pool was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The railing was broken, causing several people, including myself, to almost fall in. We had another hotel option for our family reunion, but we chose to stay here despite the other option being closer to our family functions. Our room was never cleaned, so we had to request towels. Numerous options in the area- choose one of those.

Weekend My family in I were in town for a fishing tournament. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast each morning. The rooms are very spacious! We will stay here again when we're in town.

Terrible! TLDR: Issue with guest safety and security and no effort to resolve the issue. The toilet also didn't flush properly and the TV turned on twice in the middle of the night, making the room very bright and waking people up. We were in the middle of a 2 day drive. We had several issues but the biggest was being awakened by people trying to enter our room a couple of times. Once I got my small child back to sleep, I called down to the front desk and asked if someone else had access to my room and was simply told yes. They had checked someone else into our room even though we had been in the room for hours. The agent was apologetic but offered no resolution. I emailed the GM the following day, detailing our issues and concerns with guest safety and requested a full refund. I was told this situation didn't warrant a refund but she gave me Hilton points. I rarely travel with Hilton and certainly don't plan on staying at this hotel again. I'm shocked that a GM would respond that way and showed that she clearly doesn't care about guest safety. I asked for the contact information of her supervisor or corporate. I didn't get a response so I had to follow up and was simply told that she forwarded it on. I got a call from her supervisor but I have been unable to reach him. I have to be transferred to his office and he hasn't answered the phone and I'm unable to leave a message. So I've been going in circles. I emailed the GM again asking for a specific email address and a contact at the Corporate office. I would strongly recommend staying at a different hotel in Flowood/Jackson. There are a lot of other options that likely will protect your safety and belongings.

The room was clean. I enjoyed the amenities offered. I would stay there again. There are plenty of dinning and shopping options in the area.

Repeat guest of the property. It’s clean and well kept. Haven’t tried the breakfast but I intend to next time.

High Pet fee!!! Great breakfast and very comfortable room. Would have liked to have a way to cook OTHER then a microwave. The pet fee was exorbitantly high, and I almost canceled our reservation when then told me the cost was $75.
