Neighborhood is adjacent to the preserve with a small boat launch & hiking trails within 1/2 mile. 2 bedrooms with King Bed , Queen Bed, 2 full couches, kitchen with island & bar stools ,dining room, living room with futon., Outdoor private pool with large enclosed patio lanai & seating with a dining table, & relaxing comfortable rattan chairs. * RESERVATION cannot exceed 28 days *1 full bath with shower/tub/ toilet/ vanity & 1 half bath off laundry room in refurbished garage with toilet/ sink/vanity) Children 9 yrs + are welcomed 😊 You will have the home to yourself during your entire stay. Guests are renting the entire home excluding the 3rd bedroom which is dedicated to the owners of the property. Property owners will Not be at the home at all during rental periods ensuring guests have Complete Privacy. All Guests agree to swim at own risk. Host is not responsible for any injuries to guests on entire property No Smoking on entire premises. *Primary platform Booking Guest or guest with ID can only Checkin with access code & checkout by 11am.
