Locker in the room (bring your own padlock!). Nice breakfast. Free pasta at night. Friendly staff. 15 minute walk from Firenze S M Novella train station. Will come back if I visit again. Just that the WiFi is quite slow. And the water pressure is super low. It takes forever to wash my hair :(( But this is a nice hostel after all.

Apart from the music being loud until 2am, everything was perfect, it's a great place to socialize, but for sleeping, there are probably other options.

everything is good except the temperature in the dormitory, even after we told to the staff it was still very cold and made me awake at midnight.

The hostel is located very close to street car stop. The room was not clean, and bath room wasn’t cleaned every day.

Absolutely fantastic hostel experience. They organise lots of activities across the week like standup comedies and quiz games. I even stayed in a 8-bed room by myself for one night.

Travel to the accommodation from central railway station was easy. Accommodation had a very chill vibe and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and there was a rooftop pool to relax with friends or make new friends for solo travellers.

Large common place to stay outside the room. There’s a bar on the hostel for breakfast and drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the city center.

A bit far from city centre. Other than that, everything was excellent including cleanliness, service, and facilities.

Very new, nice and clean. All staffs are very helpful and answer all your requests and need. They have fun night, singing, movies, games..etc which don't feel bore. Big kitchen for use, pool on roof top. Will come back again. Thanks to all the staffs and Happy New Year to everyone.

The location is OK, not far from the train station and the old town. I walked there. The hotel is a large single-family villa. I had a free meal on the day of arrival. The pasta was very, very delicious. The room was better than the same hotel in Rome. The bathroom and toilet were separate. The only problem was that the bed had no curtains. The same hotel in Rome had curtains for the beds. Although they were all girls' rooms, it was still a bit inconvenient, so I covered them with a sheet.

The bathroom, common areas, and bed area were all clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and cheerful.

It is a little far from the train station and the main attractions. If you want to travel on foot, it will be a bit hard. Each bed has its own small safe and large locker so you don’t have to worry about not having enough space or valuables being difficult to keep! Lots of space! The only problem is that the bed partition is made of iron sheets, so if you accidentally hit it, it will make a loud noise. Every counter staff is super friendly! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The outdoor seating area is also very comfortable and clean! ! Highly recommended! ! ! !

The room is very spacious and the price is very reasonable. I slept on the first floor. Although there was a party outside, it did not affect my rest at all. If you are a person who likes to make friends, there will be discounted beer and various activities waiting for you. The facilities are very complete, including hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and heating pipe for drying clothes. The sheets are like new, the environment is clean and tidy, the only thing is that the water in the bathroom shower is a little slow, you need to use a towel to block it, but it is not a big problem, the bathroom is also very clean. I met many good friends here. Although they are from different countries, everyone communicates very harmoniously and exchanges their country's currency with them as a collection. Breakfast is also very cheap, a cup of cappuccino and a croissant is only 3 euros, which is really suitable and delicious. There is a tram at the door, especially to the train station for transfer, it is very convenient. There may be a lack of convenience stores around, or it may be that I didn't find it, but it is really good overall.
