Super convenient location just few mins walk from central station. The hotel staffs are friendly and lucky us, the room is ready when we reached. Check in and out are easy too! Recommended if you are planning to visit Florence. A lovely welcome note and chocolate too.☺️

The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The double room we booked was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel had a wide variety of options with great quality. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience during their travels!

Convenient location across SMN station. Hotel is clean, new and has a big lounge. Breakfast has a decent variety of choices. Good value

The Location is good, near to train station, bus stop & tram. Just outside the hotel, Bus C2 go to city center and tram T2 go to the David statue museum. On the left corner when you exit the hotel entrance, there is a small bakery shop which open at 6:30am. Very convenient for those making early day trips and lazy to walk too far for breakfast.

Nearby train station. Turn right to opposite road and within walking distance to train station. Room size is small and hard for us to open the luggage due to we have big luggage.overall, recommend to stay.

The hotel is very close to the train station and there are a few city bus stops nearby. We walked to most attraction spots within 20 minutes. The hotel pictures look great, but the building materials are just average quality and somewhat worn out. Hotel breakfasts are great for the value.

Excellent location: near Firenze Santa Maria and Bus Stop Modern style room: lovely decoration and light, but a bit small (2 medium suitcases should be maximum) Nice staff: fast speed and helpful

Great location right next to main station but tucked away on a quiet street. Nice hang out area with little cafe and library. Staff super friendly and desk always manned day and night. Offered to take my bag for me when I checked out without me asking. Good quality toiletries and vanity kits in bathroom and everything felt like new. Will be recommending to friends especially if solo.

Near the train station, great decor, 2 elevators..not bad at all! Pricey but kind of worth it! Very clean service.
