Spacious hotel.. the location is very convenient….you can actually go to the nearby market and have some breakfast/lunch….it is very clean.

For the second time, we checked in here, the staffs are nice and accommodating now. Thank you.

The mattress foam is so hard. It’s not good! Bed foam is just made with spring.There is no foam I can feel.

The hotel location is walking distance from Senado square, about 10 minute. There us direct bus from airport. Room size is good but quite old.

The sad thing was that they strictly follow the schedule no check-in’s before 2. I already got used that in China Mainland you can leave your things, take a shower and go exploring even if you came early. Even in HK hotel they checked us in 1 hour earlier. The good thing is that rooms are big, especially compared to HK. Smoking is strictly prohibited but, sadly people seems like don’t care. Everyday around 10 o’clock our room smelled like a cheap bar 😰 seems like the neighbors were smoking in the bathrooms. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal (500m) from where you can get anywhere you need. Also close to the bus stops.

Reception is very prompt respond, very happy they calm me during midnight there’s a stranger holding a coke tin and knock my door; then next morning also very prompt to help me get taxi when they know I have no Macau handphone number to contact the taxi service. Overall, good experience. But I wish the management can consider upgrade the function on lift, in order to reach the level must using the room Card to scan.

Better hotel compared to other budget hotels which are old and dingy.

The room was big,problem is the view outside from this room is also building,there is no harbour view,room was big though

It's in a peaceful side facing the lake and 15minutes walk to the Senado Square. Walking distance to the bus station . Easy to catch a bus if you going to Victoria Harbour or lesbon.

Hotel is near to everything. Bus station, Senado Square, Groceries, Restaurants, etc. Room is very spacious. I woukd book this again for sure.

The location is something to highlight. You can even take the bus just across to the airport. The small store sells very nice Cantonese' cakes.

Overall is good and easy to reaching 大三巴。location 👍👍👍👍👍

Lobby is clean. Elevator works well. Nearby groceries. Twenty four hours food store.

Nice experience staying here. The room did not have mini fridge, but the reception helped to keep our daughter's medication in their fridge. They are polite and handles irate unreasonable customers professionally. Location is convenient and close to bus stops.
