However, I found the area to be overly touristy, crowded with visitors from around the globe, which has somewhat diminished the charm and authenticity of the historic neighborhood. That said, this is no fault of the hotel itself. What truly sets this hotel apart is **Jasmine**, the manager who oversees everything with remarkable professionalism and dedication. She provides excellent advice on all options, from dining to sightseeing, and her sincerity, accuracy, and competence shine through in every interaction. Jasmine’s passion and efforts are the driving force behind the hotel’s reputation and success. While the facilities are somewhat outdated and could benefit from better maintenance, making the hotel feel mediocre in terms of amenities, Jasmine’s exceptional service adds a touch of magic to the experience. Her commitment to ensuring guests feel welcome and well-informed truly elevates the stay. Felt like this hotel was a bit of a catfish 😅. Doesn’t really look like the photos and there is some weird sh*t going on in the hallways, but it’s quiet, clean, and has a great location. The staff are super friendly and will help you with anything. Didn’t catch the name of one guy working there but he put a smile on our face every time we went down to reception. Would stay here again just for the location and price

Rich is very good. You can walk to the tourist spots. It's one block away from the main road, so I think it's still quiet. The front desk staff spoke English, which was reassuring. The room was very humid, perhaps because the window was small or because of the building, and the bed felt damp. I think the sheets were smooth. There was no bathtub, but there was only water, so I washed while it was getting cold. Sometimes hot water came out in the morning, but it was hot and cold. The sink didn't drain well, so it took a while for it to drain. The hair dryer had a good airflow. There were spider webs in the corners of the room. There were also centipedes. The breakfast was very good. You can also eat pho. I had a sandwich, but it was delicious.

The room is old but easy to use. The towels are thick and clean. I was shown to a room on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. There was an extra bed in the hallway after getting off the elevator. It was too hard to go up with heavy luggage before returning home. On top of that, when I arrived on the 6th floor, the room next door was under construction. The construction workers were making a lot of noise. Moreover, it didn't stop even at 8pm, so when I asked to change rooms, they asked the construction workers to stop the construction. They said it was already stopped so it was okay. The construction started again at 9am the next morning, and I wanted to relax before my flight before checking out, but I couldn't resist and went out. The breakfast was completely different from the picture, it was semi-order. The dining staff was playing a game and didn't notice me when I called out to them. I could choose noodles, *dishes, and sandwiches, and I chose a sandwich, but it was just lettuce, *, and tomato on dry bread. I had high expectations because there were many good reviews, but I didn't feel any hospitality. People should not stay on floors under construction. I couldn't relax at all.

This is my 3rd visit to Hanoi and my 3rd time staying here. I am satisfied.

Not bad👌, the main point is the service attitude is very good. Very polite and served with a smile. Very enthusiastic to help carry luggage to the car. In fact, it was so nice to me. The room was too big for two beds, hahaha

I extended at this hotel because of its convenient strategic location. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, just the best You can leave your suitcase when you go to Sapa and come back from Sapa very early in the morning and you can't check in yet, but because you want to continue to Halong Bay, you shower first in the lobby bathroom and have breakfast at the hotel before leaving.

There are no disposable slippers, the room is very old, the hotel facade photos displayed are very different from the actual ones, it is difficult to find in the alley, the room photos are not the same as the actual room

It is a hotel that you will want to visit again for its kind and courteous service. Next time I go to Hanoi, I will definitely use it.

It was close to Beer Street and Tung Suan Market, and the breakfast was good. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and toiletries such as shaving inside the hotel.
