I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It felt clean and safe, which gave me such peace of mind during my stay. I especially want to highlight their breakfast; the pancakes and cinnamon rolls were truly the best I've ever had. It’s so nice to start the day with such delicious food!

Decent place to stay.
Friendly helpful front desk staff. She helped us find a great place to eat.
Only problem was there were 17 people trying to check in but the manager came out and not only didn’t help, she made one of the girls leave the front desk to “talk about the work schedule”
So she left 1 girl in charge of all 17 guests.

The shower had blood spots and body hair on it. The bed linen had body hair on it, and so did 2 of the towels.

It was easy check in however I was not aware we needed a deposit after the bill was taking care with reservation. It would have been nice to have known. Great customer service

Comfortable stay.
There were 17 people waiting to check in and there were 2 ladies working the front desk. They were doing the best they could to get everyone checked in. Then the manager came out and made one of them leave the desk so they could talk about scheduling. Even knowing there were literally 17 people waiting to check in. Other than that everything was pretty much as expected. Clean and comfortable

Property was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was charged by the hotel and *******. The hotel will not provide me with details or a receipt. They politely said I have to call *******…

Absolutely the worst IHG hotel Like staying at a motel 6 Service is terrible hotel is horrible tiny rooms and bathrooms not anything like a holiday inn Took out the normal mini fridges and replaced them with tiny little fridges Also very unsafe elevator it made to most scary noises didn’t want to get on that right one at all They have security there yet you walk in and the have crack heads standing in there. Then waited 20 minutes to check in. Charged us a $100 deposit had to call IHG to get them involved to get our $100 back But the randos off the street that had a room for a night get there $100 cash back instantly I know because I had to stand in line to check out finally the lady was like just throw your cards in this box. Didn’t even offer to check us out give a receipt anything IHG has filed a formal complaint with corporate on this location Please don’t put your bull reply as you’ve done with all your negative reviews
