Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

The hallway stinks. The rooms are humid. It just stinks. Is this an old hotel?
The lobby is clean. The beach is nice.
The food was mostly curry-like. The hair dryer turns off after 2 minutes. It turns back on after 5 minutes.
The water pressure is good. There is hot water.

It's an older hotel that needs a renovation, although the room was very clean and tidy every day. Hotel offers a good variety of continental and exotic dishes to choose from. It would be good they provide water/tea as complimentary during dinner time. Staff was absolutely great, polite and heplful.

Hôtel d'exception, le personnel est accueillant, serviable, attentionnée, souriant chaque repas au restaurant est exceptionnelle, les chambres sont entretenus chaque jours avec une équipe aux petits soins, et souciant du bien être des clients au quotidien, une petite mention particulière pour Samantha la cuisto préférée de mes enfants qui a été attentionnée à chaque repas, Julietta d'une gentillesse inouï toujours le sourire et Christabelle alias Tatie Belle pour ces belles attentions, et son beau sourire. Et tout le personnel de l'hôtel merci de votre joie de vivre et de votre professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons bientôt.

Advertised as having an a la carte beach restaurant that never opened once in the eleven days we were here. Rest of food poor, seemed like closing down at lunch sometimes with practically nothing available. Entertainment a joke, just had a local song and dance group on that were the worst singers I have ever heard. Avoid. And half the staff don’t know how to smile.

Emplacement bien. Seul point positif. Chambre supérieure de luxe: pas à la hauteur, avec cache misères plafonds et parois. Établissement vieillissant, infrastructure indigne d’un soit disant quatre étoiles. Manque d’entretien général. Avons vu plusieurs personnes blessées par le carrelage piscine, une par une chute depuis la terrasse car rambarde non entretenue . Plage petite serait acceptable si correctement entretenue, car entre les nombreux débris de corail mort, bris de faïences, cailloux, bâches moches sous le restaurant et le nombre insuffisant de paillottes et transats, c’est franchement décevant. Le personnel de service adorable. Les repas corrects, mais le poisson (bouilli) a le même goût, desserts trop sucrés et faits avec des ingrédients pas nobles. Pas de jus de fruit ou cocktails aux fruits frais! Un comble pour le pays! Le tout était insipide. Tous les soirs musique à fond dans le restaurant (animation….). Ils feront toujours le plein grâce aux tour-opérateurs . Dommage. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de Maurice.

Hôtel vétuste qui vu son état ne correspond pas à un 4 Étoiles. La plage n est pas entretenue ni nettoyée. Petite piscine à revoir comme les abords. Nourriture qui manque de variété et trop épicée.on a l impression qu il y a toujours la même chose.Pas de fromage. Les desserts manquent de saveur (pas de rhum dans certains gâteaux alors que l’on est dans le pays). Frigo et Clim très bruyants dans la chambre. Par contre le personnel est toujours poli et souriant du jamais vu dommage que tout le reste ne soit pas à la hauteur. Les photos sur le site datent on est très déçus quand on découvre l hôtel et le prix payé ! En se promenant le long de la plage de flic en Flac il y a d autres hôtels beaucoup plus avenants.
