Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Wonderful Recently updated Hotel. Excellent service, very clean rooms and beds. Chef Rajesh and his team provide excellent food with a great variety. General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is always on hand to help in anyway he can. He will give freely any advice you may need. And not forgetting all the Reception Staff and Waitresses and Waiters they are truly exceptional. Cannot wait for our next visit..

Having undergone a major refurbishment earlier this year, we were pleased to find the hotel was so fresh and modern, as previous reviews had said it was getting a bit tired and shabby. Undoubtedly, the selling point for the hotel is that it's right on one of the nicest beaches on the Island, with miles of beautiful soft sand and clear sea. There are padded sunbeds and parasols around the pool and on the beach for use by the residents. Its about 0.5 mile from the main beach and town of Flic-en-Flac, so a lot quieter but within an easy 15 minute walk along the beach or road to the many restaurants in town. The hotel staff are fabulous. Everyone from front of desk to restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Our Deluxe Superior family room was lovely with comfy beds, plenty of hanging, drawer and shelving space, and the bathroom shower was stocked with shampoo conditioner and shower gel. The plug sockets take UK 3 pin plugs or 2 pin European plugs, and there is a shaver socket in the bathroom. No adapters needed. The staff came in every day to tidy up, make the beds and wash the floors! We were on the ground floor, so didnt get a great sea view from our room, but we were literally 30 seconds from the beach! Our room opened out to a patio with a table and two chairs, overlooking the gardens which led to the bar and restaurant. We stayed on a breakfast only basis, but we did pay to have a couple of evening meals in the restaurant. There are a few tables on the veranda directly overlooking the beach, available on a 'first come first served' basis. We thought there was a reasonable selection of buffet food available for breakfast and dinner, but we enjoyed the walk into town most evenings to try the different restaurants, which are incredibly cheap with excellent food. We did hear some 'all inclusive' residents complaining that the buffet didn't have enough variety, and if they wanted chips they would have to pay for them! Be careful if walking back from town at night though, it's very dark along the road and there aren't any pavements in some places. Take a torch and walk back on the beach side under the trees, or get a taxi. If you want to hire a car, the roads are good, they drive on the left and all the road signs are in English. We'd always pop into the bar for a nightcap on our return from town. Unfortunately the chairs are not very comfortable (two types, neither designed for relaxing) and some drinks on the menu were not available (I.e. Malibu for one), but the bar staff are very friendly. There does seem to be the proverbial problem with towels and sunbeds. Invariably, when we went to collect towels after breakfast there were none available. We often had to wait until lunchtime for a fresh batch to be ready. We noticed a lot of residents take the towels back to their rooms and hang them over the balcony, rather than handing them in at the end o

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Recently underwent a total refurbishment and all rooms are good size with very large, comfy beds. Restarant staff go above and beyond, thank you Jullietta, sandhya and Michella. Hosekeeping excellent. Patrick in the bar was fantastic. Management went above and beyond. Reception tented to favour French speaking guests but did not detract from a superb 2 week holiday. Looking to book again. Highly recommend.

Went there for my honeymoon with my beautiful wife from 5th to 9th November. Had one of the best experiences out there. We got the beach front room and had the opportunity to see the best sunset. The staff had a friendly attitude and they took good care of us. Food was super delicious. We had a surprise romantic candlelight planned by Mr Bundhoo. The barman-Jessen served us the best drinks! We also had a fabulous spa session. Will definitely visit there again soon!

The hotel has just reopened 6 week ago and everything was to a great standard. Its a small hotel and is a 4 star, 1 pool 1 main dinner area where breakfast, lunch and dinner is buffet served. Food was ok but bland beach front could be better but I would stay here again. Very near to all the action of flic en flac bars and shops. But very quite in resort. Great hotel for eating drink and doing nothing. This part of the island has many many fantastic 5 star hotels but if you want a laugh and joke with the team this soft service is fantastic. Mr Dave the GM has worked very hard to maintain the hospitality and it shows. Very well done to the whole team sir and lovely to have me been a guest. Wifi was strong with no drops was working for a few days while here. Overall very very good.
