Little gem in a quiet, safe neighborhood - walking distance to great restaurants especially Trattoria Al Monte! Super clean with a very good self-serve breakfast (perfect if you are leaving early for the very close airport) and the sweet hotel owner will drive you to the airport for a small fee. We loved our stay and wish we had more time!

An excellent choice to stay outside the Rome (FCO) airport at Villa Rosita. Frederico is an amazing host. Transportation to and from airport at a charge. Villa Rosita is a small paradise. The rooms are comfortable and clean. In the lobby there are grab and go items and coffee service around the clock. There is a nice grocery store in walking distance and a small restaurant around the corner.

Hotel prices around the Rome airport can be outrageous so this little gem was a wonderful find. It is located in a residential neighborhood right next to a young peoples soccer facility but that doesn't really matter. The owner is most helpful in anything asked. We drove to the property, left off our luggage, took our rental car back to the airport, and got a taxi to take us back. We've never liked returning a car the day of departure at some of these large European airports and it doesn't usually cause too much inconvenience to drop it off the evening before. The included breakfast is simple ~ all prepackaged a sufficient. The owner, Federico, drove us to the airport at a much lower rate than the taxi services and made things very easy to navigate. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Yes, I'd stay here again without question.

Very friendly manager and the shuttle requires fee earlier communications indicated it was included so add in 10 for one or 15 for two on arrival, cab fare 25 for departure so that put our room up 171 night so you're closing in on the Hiltons price. The rooms are plain, clean and have p[lenry of hot water. Villa Rosita does a nice breakfast table with several option from yogurt, cereal pancakes along with juice water coffee or tea. It just depends on your budget and your surroundings nice little place with a few places to eat within walking distance.

Villa Rosita was a really good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport( About a 12 minute ride)...and Villa Rosita has a shuttle service. Shuttle was great just $15 for two ppl and was right on time.The owner was quite a nice guy..let us check in about 2-3 hours early. There is a restaurant RIGHT next door...and or you can walk about 10 minutes and there are several nice restaurants in the area. Room was very clean...even has a nice backyard where they have lemon trees. If you go there by taxi...in our case, I had to give our driver my phone to follow google maps as he somehow just could not find this nice place. After I gave this older taxi driver my phone, we got to Villa Rosita in about 25 minutes or so from the Vatican area... You have self serve breakfast from about 4:30am...really helps if you need coffee early :) All good!

To avoid traveling from Roma to airport during night, villa Rosita is a solid option. Nice room, nice garden, nice host. Order normal taxi for airport as minibus arranged by host is a rip off - he asked 20 E for a short distance to Fiumicino airport.

I booked this room over 6 months in advance only to have it canceled by the innkeeper the day we were to arrive. The email basically said they could not accommodate us. We spent the night in the Rome airport.

Bellissimo b&b in una villetta stupenda, con un giardino ricco di piante e fiori. Il proprietario è stato di una gentilezza più che squisita!! La stanza è molto carina e il bagno davvero confortevole. La colazione varia e con ottimi prodotti di qualità. Vicinissimo c'è un centro sportivo per poter cenare oppure si esce a piedi e si trovano pizzerie, ristoranti ecc. Il titolare fa servizio navetta per l'aeroporto. Da consigliare senza indugio, anche perchè il prezzo è onesto! Speriamo di essere ospiti ancora di questa struttura.
