My daughter and I had a two bedroom apartment which had a whole separate floor for living area. So much space and very comfortable rooms and bathroom. We utilised the pool a few times which was wonderful and clean. Multiple tram lines were metres away and we were so close to both the city and Fitzroy which was perfect, we could easily come back for a rest in between activities. The front desk was helpful when we needed advice and were accommodating to store our luggage after check out.
The only negative would be to install soft close door mechanisms on some doors. There was one that created a bang so incredibly loud it made me jump every time and woke me up a few times.

Mouldy bathroom - see pictures Virtually no utensils Needs refurbishing Loud fan/ air-conditioning Old bedsheets/ holes in them TV won't work. One one channel would play before it turned off on its own. Or it keeps buffering Balcony is on a slope. It is dangerous for children or elderly people
