I love this hotel for its great location in a heart of a trendy neighbourhood with lots of dining options around and for its great restaurant, as well as a cozy and inviting interior. Although the rooms are very small, they are spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff is vey friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Easily the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in this price point. I absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone staying in Fitzroy. Staff was super helpful and even gave a list of recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing.

Excellent location , access to two main tram routes. Thoughtfully laid out room, with enough space for two large luggages. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

飯店設備都新穎，很舒服，但是服務人員不專業，提前一天說要外帶早餐，隔天卻沒提供，當下指名要外帶麵包，印度服務人員敷衍了事，卻說沒有提供，有夠離譜。飯店補償也是要一直追問才有，遇到問題推託不解決，甚至還被收取早餐費用（房費早已含），還要我們自己對帳單才發現…頂樓也在維修不開放，飯店設計感是很好，但是人員方面真的不行，最後甚至還多扣款，我們發現才有回應，有夠離譜。

酒店好靚設計，家具好喜歡，又乾淨企理。部份酒店用品喜歡的可以買走。位置屬於free tram zone 外，坐tram去CBD地區需要車費，但其實使用Uber都十分方便。天台逢星期五晚酒店有活動，就算冇活動日子夜晚對住火爐，睇星星都好正！！
平日比較冷清，週六日就十分熱鬧，酒店樓下及對面停車場有活動，可以行下Market同飲咖啡 :)
