Environment and Location: Location is convenient for travel, set back from the road but near meals. However, it's hard to find at night because of construction. There's ample parking and it's well lit up at night, though sometimes trucks can be heard near I 84.

Room
The toweled we used lay on the floor and were there when we left so I did not leave a tip , usually do , thew were not making up the beds , all others do. , , I travel a lot and this was the worst room makeup up I was ever in

Carpet in room was not clean. Shower was difficult to keep water inside tub. We had difficulty with the TV for four days before the manager fixed it. One of the staff told us they couldn't do anything about it and to just see if we could change rooms. Overall not pleased.

The property is fine but ******* erroneously booked me at a different hotel down the street without the accommodations I anticipated. When I came to check in I had no reservation and had to pay for a room. Thus far ******* has NOT refunded me for the room I thought I had pre-paid nor even acknowledged any error on their end. EXTREMELY disappointing. The Hampton Inn staff has been very helpful and accommodating to me and my young sons.

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. There was a slight issue with checking in that had to do with the third party company we booked the room through, but the front desk handled it perfectly. It was clean and the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite delicious.
