This is your classic no-frills Hampton. It's sorta back behind an old hotel. Close to the highway. Easy parking. Quiet room. Clean enough. Your classic, basic Hampton property. The front desk staff at check in (June 24, 530P) was great.

Tired and worn out hotel, not like what we would expect from a 4+ rating from TripAdvisor. Second night stay was hell with a bus load of people checking in just before midnight and rude people slamming doors up and down the hallway until 1am. Should have called the front desk. Never trust TripAdvisor rating again.

Dirty , mediocre room , and the maid that talked to me was so incredibly angry and clearly hates her job /life that it left me shocked and absolutely never coming back again , place smells of cigarettes and dirty dogs too which that alone would make me not want to come back, but then on top of that you have made’s don’t want to talk to customers in a shocking evil demonic manner / I’ve stayed in hotels for years, especially going cross country and I’ve never experienced this in my whole life, and I never wish to experienced anything like this again. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF, they don’t know the reason why people are coming to stay , we had attended a funeral and it’s really sad that your staff doesn’t know how to speak to customers in a normal manner / I will be spreading the word about this hotel experience in detail with others

Nice for a quick trip
Nice clean hotel for a weekend stay. Catherine was fantastic. She was awesome on the phone, at check in, and when we had an issue with our room door. She made the trip! Hotel is in decent shape, some wear and tear on the couches. Rooms could be quieter, everyone has to slam their doors shut to lock and i could hear seemingly everyones toilet flush. Overall i would recommend and stay here again for a quick trip
