Best Western Fishers/Indianapolis Area

Was me and my mother staying at this hotel the appearance looks nice but boy was we in for a surprise about 2 hours later I get a phone call from my mom in her room that she found bed bugs. So I rush over and yup blood stains on the inner sheets and bugs crawling on the covers. I told her get her stuff and we are out of here. We go down stairs and the young lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and not a bit worried about it. I travel 300 days a year and I usual only stay in hiltons and Marriott’s for this exact reason. The low budget hotels I don’t trust them with their cleaning habits. Only reason I stayed here was because my mom had points. So just beware if you’re at this hotel check your sheets.

Great hotel was here on business front desk. Staff was very helpful. Check me in within a minute. Explain all the discounts around for restaurants, housekeeping staff and rooms are very clean. Hot breakfast was amazing. Will sure come back again if I’m in the area.

The room had dust on the ceiling hanging down, dust on the furniture, one plug above a photo that you couldn’t even reach; towels were no longer white, had people’s hair on them, mold in shower (mobility shower with no way to keep the water from flooding the whole bathroom so I didn’t use it); paint peeling all over bathroom and brown spots on walls looking like mildew; a part under the sink wasn’t even painted. Weird smell in bathroom. Just disgusting

The property is older, not well maintained, and management is clearly cutting corners to cut costs. There was no availability for parking in the hotel lot, so we had to park further away, and we weren't sure if we would be towed. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing. There was no milk for cereal, and the fruit was bruised and mealy. Over a week after departure, the room deposit hasn't been refunded, and I haven't heard back from management about the charge.

I had bed bugs. I stayed 3 nights in 122 and ended up with more than 50 bites on my body, including my face and neck. When I spoke with the manager, she moved me to another room and called pest control. The pest guy said he didn't find evidence. I have a video of a bug and pics of the bites. There is no doubt that is what it was. The manager told me she had rerented the room without treating it because pest control found nothing.
