Hotel Nickel Plate Fishers, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We stayed at the Hotel Nickel Plate for one evening while in the area to see some fall colors. When we arrived in the pouring rain, we were greeted outside by the front desk staff offering us an umbrella. The entire staff at the front desk were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The room itself was very clean and really quite cool. Well appointed with nice amenities and the room was very quiet. The restaurant staff was very efficient, and we found the breakfast to be quite good. We will definitely be back when in the Indianapolis area.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are given a warm welcome from the front desk. Parking is conveniently located across from the hotel and is plentiful. The hotel is lovely and has a charming railroad decor. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. My daughter and I ate at the hotel restaurant Derailed for lunch and breakfast and the food was delicious. Our servers Christine and Teresa were wonderful and also very attentive. I used the gym twice during our stay and it had everything I needed. I have to take a moment to thank Jamal and also Zahra at the front desk. They went above and beyond to check in with my daughter and I to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved the photobooth by the restaurant and took many memorable photos together, which make me smile whenever I see them. As diamond members, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service we received. This is one of my favorite Hilton Hotels and I can’t wait to stay here again and bring the rest of my family.

Front desk staff was wonderful!! Room was great and clean, decorative glasses looked like they needed dusted before we drank out of them. Location of property was great and quiet. You can for sure tell this is a brand new hotel and it’s a great stay if you’re thinking about. Will for sure choose this hotel when I’m back in the area

On a cross country train trip with my kids. This place was the perfect overnight stop. Such a cute area and well planned community, Everything is within walking distance. Super clean and new. Staff goes above and beyond. Such a treasure and great place for anyone who loves trains 🚂

First time to Fishers and love this hotel and location! Very nice, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and close to concert venue. Jamal at the front desk was amazing … great to meet someone who loves his job and makes guest feel incredibly welcome !

What a truly memorable experience! The hotel itself was impressive, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from start to finish. We were welcomed by Jamal and Josh, who went above and beyond in every way—professional, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly focused on making our stay comfortable. We visit family and friends in Fishers, Indiana regularly, and this will definitely be our go-to place moving forward. Our only regret is that we only booked one night—we won’t make that mistake again!
